Guest Access:

On arrival you check in at the lobby, where 24/7 security and reception will let you through. Next to the unit door there is a lockbox; we provide the code so you can access your key.



We use self check-in: we send you an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, avoiding any wait, as we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message throughout your stay. Building parking is available subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The studio is on lively CTM Avenue in Playa del Carmen. You may hear some daytime construction noise nearby, but the location offers easy access to a wide variety of attractions.



Within a few minutes' walk you will find restaurants serving local and international cuisine, craft shops, and boutiques. The famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), with its lively nightlife and entertainment, is just a short distance away, and the beach is a close walk - perfect for enjoying the sun and sea.



Getting Around:

The studio is excellently located, letting you explore Fifth Avenue and the beach on foot - no car rental needed.



For those driving, the building offers underground parking (subject to availability). Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is construction nearby that can be noisy during the day.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and small wildlife during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food uncovered outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity refills during your stay are available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.
