Studio Rooftop Pool

This studio has been designed to provide you with the greatest comfort during your stay in the city.

First of all, you will find a kingsize memory foam mattress on the bed that will give you the best night's rest you can imagine. It has a sofa, a closet, a fully equipped kitchen and you will also have high-speed internet service and a smart TV.

*We have 2 other studios in the same tower.

Now, let's talk about the exterior of the studio. You will enjoy a private balcony where you can relax and read a good book while enjoying the afternoon sun or having a glass of wine. But if you are looking for a spectacular view, head to the rooftop. There you will find an impressive pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, comfortable loungers, tables and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors.

It is a private study, we do not have our staff working in the building, anything you need please let us know through the application and we will be on the lookout.

The reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, in case you require extra cleaning or change of sheets and towels, they can be added at an additional cost and it is important to request it in advance for availability.

RULES FOR YOUR STAY:

- The reservation is for registered guests only, no visitors or extra guests or pets are allowed.
- Please respect our quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of loudspeakers is only inside the property, during the day at a moderate volume.
- Bathing suits are mandatory for pool use. Hours of operation are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons into the pool area.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to take care of the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because it can get clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you don't know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- Respect speed limits where you see them. Normally within condominiums it is 10 km/hr.

❄ Finally, we ask you to help us to take care of our high electricity consumption. Do not leave air conditioners on if you are not at home and when you turn them on please close all doors and windows.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towels costs $20 US each. If the towel is stained and needs replacement we charge a new one.
- For each rule that is not complied with, the condo or the neighborhood committee can charge up to $200 usd penalty or take out or call the police for a police eviction for misbehavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will be charged $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use this should not be exceeded.
- You have total privacy on the property, however if there is a force majeure case where we have to access the property we will let you know in advance (flooding, leaks, fire, etc).
