Getting Around:

The condo is located about 45 minutes to 1 hour from Cancun International Airport (CUN), 55.1 km (34.2 miles) away. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, since we need to open the gate for you. If you park on the street, you must pay at the meter and display the receipt on your car's dashboard. Parking meters are in effect from 10 am to 10 pm daily (except on official holidays).



However, with the condo’s central location, you won’t need a car to get around. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

- Guests must climb stairs to access. There is no elevator.

- The area can be noisy at times, especially from nearby bars and restaurants. However, closing the doors and windows minimizes the sound.

- We provide essentials like bottled water, soap, and toilet paper, but these are not replenished during your stay.

- A security deposit may be temporarily held before arrival (not ABB), depending on the booking platform. This hold will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage occurs.

- For stays of 2-29 nights, electricity is included. For stays of 30 nights or more, a fixed fee for electricity applies.

- A mid-stay cleaning is mandatory for stays of 30 days or longer, at an additional cost.

- The local team is available Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Sunday for emergencies only.



House Rules

- You must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Smoking, including tobacco, cannabis, and recreational drugs, is not allowed inside. A $300 penalty applies for violations.

- No parties or events. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down. No loud music after 10 pm.

- Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please do not move furniture.

- Use the safety deposit box for valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.

- Glass bottles, food, or coolers are not allowed in the pool. Use disposable or plastic cups instead.

- Adhere to the condo complex’s rules during your stay. You’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement when you book.
