It is in one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen, near the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta Avenida!), lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls, and more! It is just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach at Coco Beach at the end of Av. CTM and a block from Martina Beach Club and 2 blocks from Mandariono and Encanto Beach Clubs. The condo in IT BEACH is about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you come by car, you’ll have parking at the complex, but just know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything! For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - If you are bringing your car, kindly let us know in advance so we can provide you with the garage remote control. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
