Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying, along with a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps us maintain a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's regulations.



The condominium is fumigated periodically as a preventive measure. Due to the humid climate and local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear; please avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra charge.



To keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C (70F).
