The main bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The condominium has ceiling fans, air conditioning, and wifi in all its rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, making this place perfect for vacations. Additionally, the living room has a TV and access to a private balcony with large glass doors, allowing natural light to enter your condominium.



The Casa del Mar condominiums have a Rooftop equipped with a spacious pool, sun loungers, showers, and bathrooms so you can relax and enjoy the sun, as well as an incredible view of the sea.



Approximately 50 steps from the white sandy shore and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean, or 5 minutes from the popular Mamitas Beach Club. You are just 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, with its long pedestrian corridor filled with boutiques, relaxing cafes, gourmet restaurants, and bars.



I practiced golf at the Hard Rock course 2 miles from Playacar. If you like excursions and swimming, there are several nearby cenotes (natural pools that connect to underground rivers) in Playa del Carmen, just 4 miles driving.



To reach the condominium, we offer transportation from the airport at an additional cost, which is located 45 minutes away by car. Our concierge will meet you upon arrival at the condominium and will offer you our additional services such as grocery shopping with home delivery, babysitting, restaurant reservations, and other of our services.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
