Welcome to Villa Mayamar G1 in the exclusive Playacar phase 2 subdivision in Playa del Carmen. This exclusive 3-bedroom villa with capacity for 8 people is ideal for a quiet vacation in one of the safest areas of Playa del Carmen.



The main bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and a private balcony with a view of the garden and the common pool. The second bedroom has a private bathroom and two double beds. The third bedroom has a king bed. All rooms have internet and air conditioning and a closet for your comfort.



The kitchen is completely equipped with utensils and appliances, and access to a laundry room, living room, and dining room.

Right next to the living room is the terrace with a dining area and gas grill where you can enjoy the common spaces such as the pool and its gardens.



If you like golf, the Hard Rock course is just one mile within the subdivision. If you enjoy hiking and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural ponds) just 4 miles away.



To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.



- In order to ensure the safety of both guests and the condominium, there are security cameras in the exterior areas.

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
