Casa Palmas est situé dans le luxueux complexe tropical de la phase 1 Playacar, Playa del Carmen. Jardins tropicaux entourent cette maison, avec le Xaman-Ha Aviary que votre voisin. Trois terrasses vous offrent la vue de paradis sacré de la nature et une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes. Nous sommes les traces des plages de sable blanc. Sophistication mexicaine est en vedette dans ce logement romantique. Casa Palmas de Baja Mar est une maison de quatre étages, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes. Il a quatre chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain, deux cuisines complÚtes, deux salles à manger et deux salons avec un canapé-lit. Tous menuiserie est artisanal en acajou. Notre piscine privée dispose d'un systÚme d'eau purifiée. Nous avons la climatisation et des ventilateurs de plafond centrales partout. La villa dispose désormais d'un systÚme de filtration de l'eau purifiée UVA. Nous avons également une connexion haut débit à Internet sans fil pour votre commodité afin d'apporter votre ordinateur portable.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine en famille (7 personnes) dans cette villa trÚs spacieuse, bien équipée et à quelques pas de l océan. Le centre de Playa est aussi vraiment proche, nous avons pu tout faire à pied malgré la forte chaleur du mois d août. Le petit plus : le dßner mexicain commandé pour le 1er soir dans la villa, vraiment délicieux.

This was the perfect stay for our group of three families. Having our own pool was amazing. The beach was a short 2 minute walk away and the main drag with shops and restaurants was a short 7 minute walk away. This was a perfect place for exploring Playa Del Carmen and we loved our stay. Just a word of caution for those with mobility issues, it is a full 3 stories, so sleeping on the top floor was a good leg workout. There are so many lovely spaces in this house and we fully used all of them. Would recommend 100%.

Pauline was communicative, kind, and accommodating. The house caretaker, Sergio, was also wonderful. He greeted us at the house, showed us how everything worked, and even put us in touch with a shuttle, a chef, and a photographer. The home is literally a two-block walk to a beautiful beach. Pauline provided a crib, a highchair, and a pack & play for our grandsons. There was ample room for all eight of us. A giant screen TV in the 2nd floor living room had TV to watch the football games, and streaming services for movies, etc. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown PDC, and the ferry to Cozumel. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay and perfect host!

From the moment we booked our vacation house, the process was extremely smooth. The host Pauline contacted us to give us all the information that we needed andLet us know that the property manager would be meeting us at the house to give us the tour, she also arranged the private shuttle for us from the airport to the house, and was accessible for anything that we needed.

200 steps to the beach!

Three adult couples shared the villa for 11nights-The villa is spacious very clean, very bright and friendly.The layout is interesting and was not really conducive to our group- the 2 most upper decks are accessible only through the master bedroom. However we made it work and very much enjoyed our time at Casa Palmas. Pauline is extremely gracious answering any questions. Sergio is also quick to answer and remedy any problems and help book a driver (which we did several times- Juan is amazing if you book a driver through Sergio) Maria keeps the Villa clean and well maintained. Beach chairs, umbrellas beach mats and 2 adult bikes with a lock are available to use. Along with being so close to the beach you are a very short walk to 5th Avenue with some Mayan Ruins along the way!

Perfect, spacious, near the beach, fully equipped

All 7 of us considered it amazing. It was perfectly located 2 short blocks from the beach, but also had a great little pool out front where we spent half our time. Roof top patio, multiple floors, multiple balconies meant that everyone could find some away space. The best part was that it was fully equipped. There were all the beach chairs, umbrellas that we needed, and a cooler. Two bicycles with a bike lock and key were perfect for a quick ride into town for groceries. This is the second time we've been to Playacar, and the next time, we will book here; I'm sure we wouldn't find a better place. Had lots of quick response communication with both the owner and Sergio, the on-site property manager, who passed by several times.

Family Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! We travelled with 6 adults and 2 children ages 3.5 and 5. I found the house and area very safe for my kids. The beach is a few minute walk like the other reviews said. There is a shower in the back to rinse off after the beach. The small pool was good enough for my children and a few adults. Though it isn’t heated so it does feel a bit chilly at first. I didn’t realize the pool is in the front yard right near the street, but thankfully the street is very quiet and only a few people walk by here and there. Pauline (the owner) contacted me prior to the trip to see if I had any questions and provide some advice, she was also quick to answer any messages while we were at the house. Sergio (the house manager) was so helpful, he helped us book 2 excursions, checked in on us to see if we needed anything and answered all of my questions while we were there (like how much I should pay for a taxi so we don’t get taken advantage of.) Maria (the house keeper) came every 2 days and kept the house very clean! We took the advice of other reviews and booked Sergio’s mom Laura to cook for our group. We were there for 9 days and did 3 breakfasts and 2 suppers. The portions are huge with plenty of leftovers for the next day. She tailored the food to our group, making sure dishes weren’t too spicy and even made some special things for the kids. Her food was amazing! We are already looking at coming back here again!

Fantastic stay and fantastic host

Pauline is an incredible host! She made our stay wonderful and was extremely helpful. In addition to quick and helpful communication, she helped us arrange shuttle ride to and from the airport and connected us with a driver who could take us to and from the wedding we were attending. The local property manager, Sergio, was also very helpful. We were able to hire his mother to cook a dinner for us one night--the dinner was excellent. The property was just as described. Safe and clean neighborhood with security staff + very close to the beach. I highly recommend staying at Pauline's residence in Playa!

Amazing stay!

The place was an amazing experience, Pauline was attentive to every need we had. I would easily give it more than five stars if I could. The place was clean, spacious, and had a great feel about it. The beach was so close and 5th Avenida was not too far but far enough to avoid the noise. I’d love to stay here next time we come to Playa del Carmen.

Pretty House

Pauline offers a nice 3 story house with a plunge pool out front. There are also nice terraces upstairs to enjoy the sun. Sergio is helpful and his mom makes some wonderful dinners. The beach was pretty but we had the bad luck that nobody can predict of seaweed washing up on the beach. The beach is quite close. There is plenty of room for families and 2 kitchens. We did hear some distant construction work the first 2 mornings of our visit but in short order I am sure the team will move along.

Cozy hideaway

From the start Pauline was great. She checked in throughout the trip and was very attentive. Sergio is the property manager and he goes above and beyond our expectations. He was very attentive, can get you any excursion, and airport shuttles. Our group did last minute changes and he was outstanding. The fan upstairs wasn’t working and it was fixed immediately. The shower head downstairs started to act up and Sergio to the rescue! He also checked in frequently and had great suggestions of places to eat and grocery/liquor shopping. Maria, the housekeeper is outstanding at her job. The place was sparkling clean and always put to order. The house does have 3 security safes for your comfort. Sergio and Maria made us feel like family, and we never felt the need to use them. It is a minute walk from the beach, which is just enough to give you privacy from the beach traffic and short enough to be able to go anytime with ease. The house and its furnishings are spectacular. We loved all the plants, it made it feel like home. We had planned to use the pullout couch, but it does not seem to be used and was dirty. The girls decided to stay together in the king downstairs and were comfortable and happy with their stay. There is construction but don’t let that stop you from booking. We barely noticed it. Get the air conditioning. It is hot and we were always so grateful to come home to air conditioning.

Family Holiday Getaway

What a beautiful gem just steps from the ocean! The house is so lovely - 4 outdoor seating areas - pool - ocean just down the block. There was some construction going on behind the house so we couldn't use the roof seating area during working hours, but that didn't dampen our enthusiasm for a wonderful stay at this location. The neighborhood is so beautiful and we walked it every day - spent time at the beach every day, including enjoying some fabulous sunrises - also enjoyed the bird sanctuary. Our host and property manager were the best! They arranged all travel for us and also arranged for Laura to cook 2 meals for us - what a bonus that is! Those meals were fantastic! Everyone so helpful and delightful. Would highly recommend this property.

Home away from Home

The attention provided by Pauline was second to none. From the moment we booked her home, she was there to help schedule our airport pick up, which with a family of 9 it was extremely helpful. When we arrived to the property we were greeted by the care taker who was extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is a private gated community and is extremely safe to walk around at all times. The home is conveniently located walking distance to La Quinta Avenida which is where all the restaurants, shops and nightlife is located. Our family had an amazing time at the home and recommend it to all. Hugo - Miami, FL

Excellent house and owner

Pauline was extremely helpful and responsive. We hired Sergio’s mom for a few meals and it was amazing homemade food at a very reasonable price. House was great, clean and easily accessible and in a very safe community.

Beautiful and safe property in PlayaCar

We just left today after 8 beautiful vacation days at the property. Everything was pristine: the house, the pool, the beach and the neighborhood. We felt very safe and saw from time to time the patrols in the neighborhood and on the beach. Thank you Pauline, Sergio, Maria and Gergli. We hope to return in the future. Best regards and stay safe! Beautiful, clean and safe

We just rented this beautiful house for a family reunion. We had a wonderful stay. First, the house is very clean. You can walk barefoot and never feel any sand or dirt. Maria, the housekeeping lady, is doing a fantastic job. In addition, the photos and description of the house are very accurate. You truly get what is advertised. Pauline, the hostess, is truly honest and the value of the house matches the price that is asked. She is also a very nice lady. She was happy to answer all our questions ahead of and during our stay. The house is truly beautiful. From the ground floor to the beautiful terrace on the 4th floor, everything is fantastic, well furnished, greatly decorated and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and everything is so quiet that we slept extremely well. Sergio, the hostess helper on site, was always available to answer our questions. He is a really sweet and reliable gentleman. His presence greatly added to the value of our stay. The house is located in Playacar phase one, which is a gated community filled with beautiful houses. A precious beach is just down the street. We are feeling safe everywhere. Guardians are constantly making rounds to make sure the neighbourhood stays safe. As well, the 5th avenue filled with restaurants, stores and attractions is at walking distance. Playacar is a great place to stay. Finally, the house has two full kitchens with recent appliances. We cooked almost all our meals because we are a bit picky on food quality so we were happy with the appliances and kitchen accessories. If you prefer to order or to go to restaurants, there are many options available until late at night. The house has also a very efficient and clean kit of washer and dryer so you can clean your clothes if you wish. We were delighted by this property. We highly recommend it if you visit Playa del Carmen.

Friends week

Great house for 4 couples. Nice large beds. Cooked breakfast each morning at the house. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Clothes washer and dryer was nice. This location was very close to 5th Ave. , yet no noise at night. Noticed lots of security on constant patrol in Playa Car Phase 1, which was good.

Great stay in Playa

Perfect location - 24/7 security neighborhood, steps from the beach, short stroll to 5th Ave, plenty of taxis nearby. Great house - 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 comfortable bedrooms. Great host - very responsive, arranged for doctor to come to the house to give covid tests for the trip home. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Pauline and Sergio!!
