Getting Here from Cancun Airport (CUN)
Shuttle/Private Transfer: We recommend booking a shuttle for a stress-free 45-60 minute ride directly to the condominium.
Car Rental: If you choose to rent a car at the airport, the drive is a straight shot down Highway 307.
Parking & Local Transport

On-Site Parking: We offer free, private underground parking. Spaces are not assigned, so you can park in any available spot.
Street Parking: Also available around the building.
Taxis: Readily available right outside the building or on 5th Avenue for quick trips to Xcaret, Tulum, or nearby Cenotes.

Arrival & Parking
Parking: Enjoy free access to our private underground parking (spaces are unassigned). Street parking is also available.
Flexible Check-in/out: Early arrivals or late departures are subject to approval for a $25/hour fee.
Verification: For everyone’s safety, guests must provide a photo ID and complete verification via Know Your Guest before arrival. You’ll have the choice between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (we recommend the waiver for peace of mind!).
The Space & Atmosphere

Family Friendly: We love hosting families and children!
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. No parties or loud music, please.
Smoke-Free: Our home is 100% smoke-free. This applies to the entire property, inside and out.
Illegal Substances: Strictly prohibited on the premises.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are shared with the LO unit.
Fees & Extra Guests

Occupancy: Please ensure your guest count is accurate. Extra guest fees are $10 per person, per night.
Agreement: Booking confirmation implies agreement to our House Rules and Rental Agreement.
đŸŸ Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
We love fur babies, but we do have a few rules to keep our home pristine:

Approval: Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. Cats are strictly prohibited.
Fees: A one-time $25 fee plus $10 per pet, per night.
Important: Pets must be declared before arrival. Unreported pets will incur a $100 penalty plus standard fees.
Furniture & Beds: Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or blankets. A fine of $50 per item (up to $250 for beds) will apply if pet hair or damage is found.
Safety & Yard: Please keep dogs on a leash when outside, use an ID/rabies tag at all times, and always clean up after your pet in the yard. No aggressive breeds, please.
