Besides the close proximity to Fifth Ave and the beach, you’ll also have convenience stores, markets, cafes, two big grocery stores and the ADO bus station for day trippin’ just a few steps away! You’ll have all you could imagine at your fingertips. This luminous 4th-floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. It also has a long dining bar to enjoy the meals you home-cook. The dining bar also makes a comfy laptop workspace if needed. With 100 Mbps WiFi, you’ll have what you need to stream your shows and work from home. The living room features a plush L-shaped sofa and a 65” wall-mounted HD Smart TV with cable (some channels in English)for relaxing downtime moments at home. The big windows have blackout curtains and a lighter set of curtains, so you can choose how much light you want to come in. There’s also a private terrace with a table and chairs to sit out and enjoy a beverage and a tranquil moment. There’s a sun lounger out there, too, if you aim to work on your tan. When it's time to rest and recharge, the bedroom has a plush king-sized bed with a new mattress, nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, another wall-mounted Smart TV, ample closet and storage space, and a safe box for your valuables. There’s also a spacious and modern bathroom with a stand-in shower and ample storage space. The building features a security desk near the entrance and a shared laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. We include one free use of the laundry facilities as our guest; after that, there’s a fee. There’s also a parking space for this unit on the premises if you’re arriving by car. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, a there are two big grocery store options steps away, and the ADO bus station is across the street, making day trips very convenient! The condo in ANAH is about 57 km | 35 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you come by car, you’ll have a parking spot at the complex, but just know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything! For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus (station just across the street!) where you need to go. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Electricity fees: 20 kW per day is included. If you consume more daily, you will be charged the extra consumption at 4 MXN (pesos) per kW. Please help save energy and preserve our planet by closing windows/doors when using the A/C and turning it off every time you leave. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - One use of the laundry facilities is included. If you wish to use it more than once, it’s 100 pesos per use (washer & dryer) if the load is less than 7 kilos. You can pay at the front desk. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
