You’ll be 5 blocks from the best grocery store in town, Selecto Súper Chedraui, and 1 km | 0.6 miles from the beach! You’ll find cute cafes, fruit stands, organic markets, and convenience stores nearby, especially ½ block up on Av 30th. The location is divine! If you come by car, you’ll have one parking spot at the complex for a small car (no SUVs); otherwise, you’ll have to park on the street (with parking meters). Also know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go. For long-term stays (21 nights+), electricity is 4 MXN per kW based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are allowed.
