Our luminous studio provides a blend of comfort and convenience. It is nestled in a prime location, mere steps from two vibrant shopping malls, the iconic Calle CorazĂłn and Quinta AlegrĂa, and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town.
Enjoy a thoughtfully designed space that exudes warmth and charm and has everything you need for the Playa del Carmen experience youâre after. Thereâs a well-equipped kitchen to prepare simple meals at home and a two-seater dining bar to enjoy themâor a place to work on your laptop if needed.
For relaxing downtime moments, thereâs a quaint sitting area with a sofa and coffee table. The sofa opens to a single pull-out bed for flexible sleep space or a third guest. To retire for the night, sink into the plush king-sized bed in front of the flatscreen SmartTV. There are blackout shades for the mornings when you decide to sleep in. The full bathroom has modern features, drawer space for your things, and a stand-in shower.

Youâll be steps from Calle CorazĂłn shops and restaurants, Quinta AlegrĂa 2-story mall, and just a half block from the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, malls and more! A few steps further (about 1.5 blocks), youâll be at the beach, and you can walk to many cool beach clubs/restaurants via the sand!
Getting Around:
The condo is located at the A Perfect Place by Menesse condo complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day. If you need any assistance with airport transportation, please let us know. We'd be happy to help.
Other Things to Note:

- The jacuzzi heater is temporarily out of service.
- Playa is growing, and thereâs ongoing construction nearby. Youâre likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
- There is NO parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day. You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure).
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
