*Bookings of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)

Getting Around:

You probably don't need a vehicle to get around. Most tourist attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can explore the city on foot.



However, if you want to visit places further afield, there are several transportation options available in the city. Below, I present some of the most common options:



Car rental: If you want to go see the Riviera Maya, go to parks or cenotes or nearby cities.



Taxi: Taxis are a comfortable and safe option to get around the city. You can find them on any corner and they are relatively inexpensive. Be sure to ask the price before getting on and agree on a price with the driver before starting the trip.



Bicycles: If you like cycling, you can rent a bicycle at one of the many rental shops in town. Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of cycle paths that connect the main tourist spots of the city.





Driving distance from the apartment to:



Cancun Airport: 1 hour 42 minutes (55 km)





Playa Del Carmen ADO Station: 7 minutes (2.1 km)





Pharmacy: 2 minutes (500 m)





OXXO convenience store: 1 minute (300 m)

Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



There is construction or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.



It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.
