Within walking distance to local amenities, you'll find the sandy seafront and local tavernas a short walk away. 
Cute and cosy, the inside is homely and fitted with all the latest appliances, comfy sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden terrace is the ideal spot for unwinding poolside whilst taking in the summer sunshine. There's even a small children's pool for the little ones to splash around in. 
For exploring further afield, the towns of Rethymnon and Chania are well worth a visit, with their cobbled backstreets, unique shops and historic ruins.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The path to the terrace is 100cm wide, which is flat and fairy accessible, and a mixture of tiles and lawn. There is one step down through the patio doors onto the terrace. The pool itself has step access. The door to the lounge/kitchen is 80cm wide. There are 3 internal steps leading down to the ground floor bedroom/bathroom, whilst the bedroom door width is 80cm, and the bathroom door is 64cm wide.
