Our modern apartment offers absolute comfort and can accommodate up to 5 persons (67m2 total). There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom shower and a magnificent pool view balcony. There is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, complete with a twin bed for additional sleeping space. The living room door offers access to a wonderful sea view balcony.

Our apartment offers delightful shared outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool, barbecue, and dining areas, along with ample room for leisure and recreation. The swimming pool is shared with 3 more apartments within the complex of the residence. It is 12x6 meters, 1.40 deep and has a special shallow section, ideal for young children.

Conveniently located just a 25-minute drive from Chania center and a mere 450 meters from Kamisiana beach, it offers an ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility away from the bustling city. In the nearby seaside town of Kolymbari you can find many cafes, restaurants, shops, and essential services.

Socrates apartments are located in the area of Kamisiana, west of Chania, just 5 minutes walk from the nearest Kamisiana beach. The nearby Tavronitis beach offers organized facilities such as a cafe, seaside restaurant and parasols with sun loungers.

At about 3 km of distance, in the picturesque port of Kolymbari, you can find a wide range of seafront restaurants, shops and services, ATMs, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants. In the town of Platanias located just 10km away you can also find a wide range of restaurants, shops and services as well as a very vibrant nightlife!

The famous Falasarna sandy beach is 32km away while Kissamos Port is just 21km. At Kissamos you can take the boat to the famous Balos beach. Don’t miss visiting the Ancient Olive Tree at Vouves!

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night.
