Nestled in the seaside Tavronitis Village, this unique holiday home is perfect for a free car holiday break, as you may find everything you may need (beach, restaurants, mini markets, shops) within walking distance. Tavronitis beach is only 3 minutes walking distance, featuring some seaside local restaurants. The Villa will be the perfect haven for an indulgent recline close to Chania Town. External Living | Private Pool with BBQ & walking distance to the beach 

This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area and is embellished with a private heated (with extra fee) pool 30m² (1,60 meters deep) overlooking the partial Seaview settings. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (BBQ Gass) under sunset skies, next to the shaded outdoor dinning area. The private pool features outdoor lounge areas to choose from if you wish some alone time. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

At this nature-filled family & friends retreat, where every square inch has been pored over by its architect and interior designer creators, all around are soul-stirring vistas. This captivating Villa boasts a 100m² indoor space, offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts two bedrooms & two bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated in the living room folding sofa bed - can be set up upon request prior to your arrival. The villa maximum capacity is 6 guests.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Two Baby cots, two High chairs, some Children toys, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request. The villa also provides a large activity mat for children (1.50m x 2.00m, 3cm thick), designed as a safe and fun play area.
