Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Another lounge area lays on the ground floor, where a mini fridge, espresso machine and washing machine are also located. On the lower lever lay two more spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The highlight of this floor is that it also features a two seater Sauna. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, in its 5 spacious bedrooms, featuring also 5 bathrooms for ultimate comfort for all. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 60€/day
-Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Just within a few minutes walking distance you may find a wonderful cafe and also shops and restaurants. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa, like Platanias where you can cherish long summer days by the sea. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from the lively town of Chania and around 30 minuted driving distance from the famous Falasarna Beach.
