The Space:

The Rustic Reed Barn was originally built and operated as a Woodworking Shop. It has recently been converted into a cozy home with historical character.



Plant City, Florida, is a charming city with a mix of history, culture, and outdoor activities. Our home is within minutes of many different explorations.

Other Things to Note:

•Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 in damages done to the property.

•Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

•Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.

•I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Any stays exceeding 30 days will require a mid-stay cleaning after the 14 day mark at the guests expense for change of linens and light cleaning.

📺 We do not have a cable service, but we do offer smart TVs for your enjoyment. You’re welcome to log in to your favorite streaming services and relax with your own shows and movies during your stay.
