Entrez dans «SeaScape» et profitez d'une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur le golfe. Ce condo est l'une des rares unités avant du golfe direct au Placida Beach Club. C'est une ßle paradisiaque romantique située sur Little Gasparilla, une ßle barriÚre tropicale, accessible uniquement par bateau. L'utilisation illimitée d'un ferry piéton (trajet de 10 minutes) et d'un parking fermé et continental est incluse dans cette location.
DĂ©tendez-vous et sentez immĂ©diatement que vous ĂȘtes en vacances; le bruit des vagues, du golfe, des couchers de soleil incroyables et des nuits Ă©toilĂ©es. Cette unitĂ© est idĂ©ale pour les couples avec une chambre principale (queen), mais peut accueillir quatre personnes avec une chambre en mezzanine (complĂšte). Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. L'unitĂ© a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e et est bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, y compris les planchers de bois franc / carrelage, les comptoirs de cuisine en granit, tous les appareils, les draps de luxe, les serviettes de plage, les chaises de plage et plus encore. Il est lumineux, gai et a cette sensation confortable qui est difficile Ă  expliquer. Votre sĂ©jour comprend Ă©galement une piscine d'eau douce chauffĂ©e Ă  quelques pas du condo. Ce condo est une unitĂ© de coin et inclinĂ© de telle sorte que les fenĂȘtres offrent une vue Ă  presque 180 degrĂ©s sur l'eau et la plage. Il y a trĂšs peu de condos comparables qui peuvent s'en vanter.
L'Ăźle offre 7 miles de plages de sable immaculĂ©es avec de nombreux coquillages, Ă©toiles de mer, dollars de sable et dents de requin. Les dauphins et les lamantins sont abondants dans les eaux environnantes. Pendant l'Ă©tĂ©, la plage est un lieu de nidification pour les tortues marines en voie de disparition qui pondent leurs Ɠufs dans le sable chaud prĂšs des dunes.
Les autres activitĂ©s insulaires incluent le tarpon de classe mondiale, le sĂ©baste et la pĂȘche au snook. PĂȘchez depuis le quai, la plage ou avec une charte de pĂȘche locale. Amarrez votre bateau (22 pieds max.) Sur les quais de Placida Beach. Le quai est disponible selon le principe du premier arrivĂ©. Hors de l'Ăźle, il y a des terrains de golf Ă  proximitĂ©, des locations de bateaux, de kayaks et de canoĂ«s, d'excellents restaurants et une Ă©picerie.

INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES:
Les condominiums du port de Placida offrent un trajet gratuit en ferry vers et depuis l'ßle. Le ferry circule toutes les heures de 9 h à 18 h tous les jours. Heures prolongées en soirée le mercredi, vendredi et samedi. Il n'y a ni voitures, ni magasins, ni restaurants sur l'ßle.

Avant de partir pour l'Ăźle, apportez votre nourriture, vos boissons, vos cannes Ă  pĂȘche et vos bagages et PROFITEZ de la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et de l'isolement de cette plage. Des chariots de type brouette sont disponibles pour votre utilisation. Une fois sur l'Ăźle, les seuls vĂ©hicules sont des voiturettes de golf et des vĂ©los.

Votre séjour comprend une antenne parabolique HughesNet dédiée à Internet haute vitesse et un deuxiÚme satellite de DISH pour fournir à la fois les chaßnes locales et la liste DISH 'Flex 50 channel'. Il existe également une collection de films DVD de plus de 150.

Beachfront but isolated

Our stay was relaxing and rejuvenating for our whole family. Most days we had the whole beach to ourselves and had a blast. Only downside was the scarcity of ferry trips to and from the mainland and no accomodations for outside their normal hours.

Great getaway

2nd time staying here. Did not disappoint love this place. The unit and property is great! Beds are comfy. Everything stocked that you need. Beaches beautiful. The ferry however was disappointing. I know they are building a new one but Drivers were rude.they made you feel like getting off island should only be an emergency. Had to call ahead not at all like it was last time we visited. Would not go back until a new ferry is built.

We’ve been coming down to LGI for 18 years. This condo ranks as one of our favorites! It was so well stocked, clean, updated, & had an amazing view. Owners are very responsive and we absolutely loved our time on the island. Arrival & departure were probably the smoothest we’ve ever had! Already booked for next year!

Quiet beach getaway

Wonderful location off the beaten path. The listing was very accurate and there were no suprises on arrival. The loft studio room is very unique, great for teenager or young adult. Great location on first level of a raised condo. Beach view from lanai is perfect for morning coffee and great for sunset views if its not too hot out. Short walk across the boardwalk to the beach, pretty laid back beach. You may be hesitant to stay on an island and be at the mercy of the ferry. Very well worth the effort and planning to bring your food and leave for excursions or restaurant meals when you want to. If you have a boat, 22' or smaller due to regulations on docks, plan to bring it for a little more freedom. If I understood correctly, the docks with this condo are limited to a 22' boat because of the way the dock is built. There may be other transient ships available for bigger boats somewhere else on the island. Would definitely return to Seascape and Little Gasparilla Island.

Perfect way to enjoy LGI!

We are repeat visitors to LGI and find the condos very convenient! This was our first time in this particular unit. We had booked it before but had to cancel after hurricane Ian in 2022. The owners were very accommodating and responsive when this natural disaster occurred just days before our planned visit. Once they informed us they were ready for guests again, we promptly re-booked for 2023. We found the unit to be very unique - corner, amazing view, second bedroom and bath (did not use but would be nice if we brought others along!), well stocked, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The rental included the convenient ferry, parking on the mainland, easy contactless check-in, and use of the condo pool. There is repair work still ongoing on the island and at other buildings but it did not impede our ability to enjoy our time. We were pleased to find everything we needed in the kitchen and an ice maker. We borrowed beach chairs and saved the hassle of bringing our own. We enjoyed the little robot vacuum to help us control the sand and the de-humidifier really made a difference. We found our communications with the owners to be easy and pleasant. The on-site manager was also very responsive. We came prepared with supplies and only left the island briefly to procure a few more groceries. Truly a wonderful place to unplug! I would highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wir reisen seit mehr als 30 Jahren auf diese Insel und sind jedes Mal von neuem von der Ruhe, den menschenleeren StrĂ€nden und der herrlichen Tierwelt ĂŒberwĂ€ltigt. Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Wohnung und können sie absolut empfehlen. Die Fotos geben einen korrekten Eindruck von allem. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Internet, Klimaanlage und alle technischen GerĂ€te funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist vorbildlich. Kurz vor der Ankunft erhĂ€lt man eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung zu Anfahrt, Check in, den Einrichtungen im Haus usw. Ein großer Vorteil ist die FĂ€hre, die im Preis inbegriffen ist und mehrfach tĂ€glich fĂ€hrt. Wir haben diese wunderschönen Fahrten ĂŒber die Lagune immer sehr genossen.

What a view!

I have stayed on LGI for 8 straight years. This condo had the best view of beach/sunset of all of them. Great stay. Nice visit. Only issue was communication between the ferry captain and us on times. But overall a great trip.

Always a wonderful vacation!

As always we had a fabulous time at Seascape! We had a few minor things out of place when we arrived and when notified, the owners immediately responded and handled the situation. The high tide and storms made lounging at the beach challenging, but the breeze that came along with the weather allowed us to really appreciate and enjoy the outdoor porch (it quickly became my favorite book reading location in the house). We were able to enjoy shelling, beach walks, and evening fishing off the dock. We’ve rented this unit several times over the past 6 years and have always had a positive experience and phenomenal communication with the Koetter’s. The comfortability of the unit and the beauty of the location can not be beat!

The perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved the condo!! This is our second stay at the Placida Beach condos and we won’t stay anywhere else! We loved this unit - the space and the views. You cannot beat it! Kitchen is stocked with what you need to prepare meals. We recommend the grocery service! Lots of towels! Always a relief. Lots of pool / beach toys for the kids that we all enjoyed. The pool was immaculate everyday. There is some construction still going on but it didn’t bother us one bit. The workers were very pleasant if you wanted to chat, and the noise truly was minimal. You only noticed on your walk out of the condo or to the pool. Otherwise, business as usual! If you’re traveling with littles, be aware that the loft / second bedroom has very steep steps! We managed with lots of supervision for the 3.5 year old. :) We can’t wait to come back. Best kept secret!

Best Vacation Home & Owners!!!!

Frank & Diane are the best hosts I have ever come across. At 1st we were hesitant to come to an island as we never have and we were unsure about a ferry. Let me tell you it was the best decision and we had an amazing time!!! Beautiful view, closest to the gulf front, secluded, tropical, quiet, the home has everything you need to cook, etc. They contacted us to check in prior, the manual is beyond extensive in a good way and should be the standard in every rental. The time they took to provide step by step manuals of things, the appliances are in excellent condition, home is top notch clean, decor is beautiful, there are plenty of chaira, beach wagon, floaties, air pump, etc. If we had a question they answered very timely. 5 star host!!!!!!!

Awesome condo on the beach!

Great location, awesome view, only steps to the beach. Unbelievable sunsets and the weather was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. The owners take g The people on the island were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely rent it again!
