Flowers Vacation Rentals welcomes you to Marsh Madness which is a brand new architecturally designed house that will exceed all your vacation requirements. A three story concrete house that can sleep up to 6 people, nestled behind a 6 foot fence with an electric gate for ease, privacy and security. It has 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the main second floor and have a queen and 2 single beds respectively. All bedrooms have private balconies with sea views, so get used to waking up to the spectacular sunrise each morning from your bedroom! Also if required the main couch unfolds to a queen size futon for those extra 2 guests, although we recommend these for children.

The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and includes hardwood cabinetry, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils and cookware. This open concept kitchen offers views of the lagoon and sea. A beautiful live edge mahogany slab dining table seats everyone. It’s the ultimate in form and function.

The house is carefully crafted to include the use of local hardwoods. A hand-carved wooden door by a local artisan greets guests to the main floor. The furniture and platform beds are also locally designed and manufactured with Belizean hardwoods. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, USB access in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, a/c units in all living areas and two 40 inch flat screen smart TV’s.

If the ocean doesn't do it for you, no stress! The pool is huge and ranges from the adult section which is 6 feet deep, to the kids area, just 3 feet deep. The pool has a water fountain, an outdoor shower and lights to use at night. Guests have full access to the house and the pool.

This beautiful waterfront property, nestled between the road and the sea, provides luxury in a private setting. It is located in the beautiful Plantation community on the Placencia Peninsula.

Just a pleasant 15 min drive to Placencia Point or 40 min to Hopkins.

A local supermarket, restaurants, a veggie and fruit stand is a mere 5 min drive.
