Great owner to work with

Property owner had a pipe bust at original property prior to our arrival. Rental manager called and emailed about upgrading and the recommended property was amazing. Host has someone meet you at property on arrival to walk you through, checks in you and Jessie made some wonderful recommendations. The house was amazing and we can’t recommend this host or place enough! Thank you Jack and Jessie!

Very nice house

Our family spent 4 nights here after on the second leg of our trip to Belize. It was a beautiful and comfortable house. Our family loved the pool and enjoyed the kayaks in the ocean. The main floor of the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. It was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. The 3rd floor room was nice, but a little warm. We appreciated the fenced property for safety. The wood doors and furniture were beautiful, such a nice touch. The management company was responsive and took care of an issue we had the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this nice, quiet house close to Placencia.

Lovely home in great neighborhood

After a bit of a panic with Valencia canceling 5 days before arrival (3rd time they have done so over the years) we rented this spectacular home. Large, comfortable, well laid out space. Ocean views and breezes, huge spacious pool, and oh so quiet neighborhood. A bit of a drive north but worth every extra minute getting there. The large top of the house suite really like nothing usually found- makes for a quiet comfortable space away from others with great en-suite master bathroom. WOW. Management right on top of things. It was an unseasonably warm week yet AC was very efficient. Would absolutely rent again.

Placencia get-a-way

We really enjoyed our stay in Placencia, the house was just what we needed! Everything was clean and it's a well kept property. The pool was 👌!!! Very relaxing! Our favorite is Tutti Frutti (the best ice cream in Belize). It was a 25-30 min drive down to the end of the peninsula.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place and we will definitely come back. It was clean, quiet and safe. The pool was amazing and several amenities including kayaks were available to use. They were very accommodating and sent a maintenance person to fix the water pump when we had a minor issue with it at 8pm on a Saturday. Finally, this place is located in the most beautiful spot in Placencia.

Beautiful new property

We stayed at this property for a week with family and friends. Zun our host was top notch and answered any questions via WhatsApp immediately. Where can I start? The house is immaculate and spacious it’s an absolute showstopper. Our 15 year olds had a blast in the pool and so did the adults. The gate opens to the beach and we played out there until we were tired and then played in the pool. I’ve always had issues in Placencia with internet but this house was the best so far. Every room is super private and you can retire in peace while everyone is in the living room. The master bedroom is beautiful but the view from the balcony is the deal. Every room has a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs on them. There is an electric gate and the entire property is fenced. All appliances worked like they should. It is on the north end of Placencia and it’s a 15 minute drive to the main strip. Everyone was super impressed and we will definitely be back.
