With private beachfront just across the road, your own dock, and a spacious deck perfect for enjoying tropical cocktails, you’ll have plenty of room to unwind and soak up the sunshine. Lounge in the hammock beneath the palapa as gentle sea breezes lull you to sleep, or cast a line right off the dock and try your luck at catching fresh Snapper and other local favorites. When you’re ready to refuel, the well-equipped kitchen—complete with a gas range, coffee maker, blender, large fridge, and plenty of utensils—makes preparing the day’s catch a breeze. The open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas creates a welcoming atmosphere for easy conversation and entertaining. Gather for games at the large dining table for six or relax on the sofa for a movie night as the sun sets. When it’s time to turn in, all four bedrooms are conveniently located on one level, making it simple for everyone to settle in for a restful night.

This home offers excellent access to the area’s natural attractions, along with great shopping and restaurants in the nearby villages throughout Maya Beach and the Placencia Peninsula. Snorkeling at the Belize Barrier Reef—the world’s second-largest reef system—is just a short boat ride or day charter away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is about 60' from the house. There is no boat launch although a boat can be docked there. Swimming is much better in the Carribean sea from the beach lot that anyone staying there also has access to. The dock is 80' long and 40' wide, there are no fees. There is a palapa, hammock and chairs on the dock. You can also fish from the dock




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
