BRAND NEW KITCHEN AND BATH AS OF 3/20/25!!! Located in Mt. Washington, this residence is your welcome mat to the best view that Pittsburgh has to offer. It is the perfect home for a family, group of friends or traveling professional.

You will find yourself just a half-block from the famous Mount Washington Overlook! This home is the perfect connection to the luxurious dining on Grandview Avenue, as well as the Shiloh Market District. There you will find everything from restaurants and pubs, to ice cream shop, bakery and grocery store.

This 3-bedroom / 4-bed residence is newly furnished, very clean, well decorated and can accommodate up to 8 people. All bedrooms feature very comfortable Queen-size Tempur-pedic mattresses and bedding. You will find the third-floor bedroom is perfect for guests that prefer a little extra privacy. The first floor offers a large, expandable couch-bed for your overnight comfort. Additional blankets and pillows are provided inside of the closet near the television/fireplace. The full bathroom is located in the hallway between the two second floor bedrooms. It is sure to be stocked each stay with your essential fresh towels, soaps and shampoos.

The first floor will provide you with a kitchen, living room, dining room, as well as a large walk-out deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your basic kitchen needs. Feel free to stock up the stainless steel fridge and prepare to cook your favorite meal. The living room provides the perfect place to kick back and relax. You can enjoy watching your favorite sporting event or classic movie on our brand new 55" 4K LG Smart TV. If you have business to attend to, you can set down at our office desk that is equipped with ultra-fast high speed internet. The fully-furnished private deck is a fan favorite in the warmer months. It’s a great place to enjoy drinks and good ole’ fashioned bbq on our Weber Grille. There is an electronic code lock on the side-door entrance. Feel free to come and go as you please!

If you are lucky to be staying here during one of Pittsburgh's many firework displays, there is no better place to soak in the sights than Grandview Avenue.

Parking is available! You will be provided 1 parking pass for on-street parking next to the house. If you have additional vehicles, there is very accessible, free, street parking.

Our long term guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the basement. The basement will be closed off to our short term guests.

A very fine and functional house!

Lovely home in a great area of Pittsburgh I’ve never explored before. The area felt safe to walk around in at night and explore the beautiful views. Great area to walk around during the day also. Walkable to multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a bakery. About 10 minutes drive from Oakland on graduation weekend. Large, very well maintained and appointed older home in Mt. Washington. Everything was great! The house was large and felt very clean. The beds were comfortable with extra linens and blankets available. There was a large supply of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra paper products nicely displayed and easy to access. We didn’t use the outside grill but definitely sat outside at the patio table and enjoyed the sunshine. The hosts were very accommodating and answered promptly prior to arrival. We didn’t need them once we got there because everything we needed was there. This was by far the best Pittsburgh property I’ve ever stayed in!

The hosts were incredible! Answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. The amenities were outstanding with respect to the variety provided. The residence was clean and stood out compared to other places I have stayed. Location was a 10/10. Only a 30 second walk to view the entire city/skyline. Will definitely look to stay at this residence again the next time I stay in Pittsburgh!

When you stay in Pittsburgh, the best views are on Mt Washington. When you stay on Mt Washington, the place to be is near Grandview Ave. Here, you are one block from the best views in Pittsburgh! A short walk and you are there. The pet friendly home afforded us a very comfortable stay, close to everything that matters! Andrea and Tony are awesome hosts and very friendly. Really nice place, clean and updated. Nice for family of 5 visit to local college. Plenty of room and the kids loved the 3 floors. Street was a bit busy the first night, a Friday, but quiet on Saturday. Not sure why so noisy the first night, perhaps a motorcycle convention or something. Location has great views a short walk away and a couple of restaurants 5 min walk. Not sure if it would be considered a good part of town or not but felt safe walking around during the day.

Location location location. This house was perfect for my family. Very clean and plenty of room for all of us. Walking distance to the incline which took us to Station Square and then the shuttle boat to the Pirates game. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved the historic home. Highly recommended!

Great views just around the corner and some great local restaurants. Do yourself a favor and go to Bigham’s. House was clean and perfect for our small group of friends. Everywhere in Pittsburgh is a short drive if you’re looking to explore.

Great location, amazing views

The location was great, and being able to walk a couple blocks to see the fireworks on July 4 was a lucky surprise. It was just a few steps to the main street and amazing panoramic views of the bridges, river, and skyline. This location is an older 3-story house, no central air, but the hosts had window air conditioners that were able to keep up fairly well even with daily highs in the low 90's. The beds were very comfortable, everyone in our traveling group loved them. We spent a lot of time on the deck; it has lots of seating, feels private, and has a big adjustable umbrella for shade. The hosts were extremely responsive; it rarely took more than a few minutes for them to answer questions. They were polite, positive, and very welcoming.The only negative experience was some late night drag racing beside the house. I brought this up to the hosts, they thanked me for the alert and passed it along to the local police. We would stay here again.
