We had a mixed experience with this stay, and unfortunately some key issues impacted our visit.The biggest concern was cleanliness. We were told early check-in wasnât possible because the cleaning team needed the full time to prepare the home, but when we arrived there was still noticeable dust, trash left behind, and some toilets did not appear fully cleaned. We documented everything with photos and shared them with the host.Communication was initially responsive, but ultimately disappointing. We reached out promptly, explained the situation, and requested a reasonable partial refund (15%) given the condition at arrival. Instead of addressing the issue during our stay, we were offered a discount on a future booking (which didnât apply to us), and when we followed up with a specific request, we did not receive a response until after checkout.To their credit, the listing itself was accurate and the home worked for our needs, but the cleanliness and lack of resolution during the stay affected the overall experience and value.We hope the host addresses these issues for future guests.
