Bedroom 2:
As you step out of the first bedroom, you`ll be greeted by the cozy charm of the second bedroom on your right. This inviting space features a queen-sized bed adorned with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a comfortable and rejuvenating night`s sleep.

Office:
Exiting the second bedroom, you`ll find the welcoming office space on your right. This room is spacious and equipped with a study table, making it great for conversations, getting work done, or studying. There`s also a comfy chair for a relaxing reading session.

Bedroom 3:
Next to the office, discover the 3rd bedroom boasting a luxurious king-sized bed paired with a high-end memory foam mattress. Indulge in relaxation and entertainment with the accompanying smart TV. This room offers ample storage with a spacious closet and dresser. Its elegant ambiance creates an inviting atmosphere that makes it difficult to step away from.

Living Area:
Exiting the 3rd bedroom leads you to the open and spacious living area. A large sofa, perfectly positioned in front of a smart TV, creates an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. Behind the sofa, discover a dining area that accommodates six people, perfect for enjoyable meals and conversations.

Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen area with a generous stock of cooking essentials, dishes, and silverware. Unleash your culinary skills with brand new high-end appliances, including a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee enthusiasts will find all the tools needed for a perfect brew, including a coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen also features a stove, blender, toaster, and ample cabinet space for your convenience.

Bathroom:
Unwind in the elegant standing shower area featuring a luxurious shower head, adding a touch of luxury to your daily routine. The fully equipped bathroom ensures you have everything you need for an amazing and rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring the city. ▪️QUIET HOURS: (10PM - 8AM) - Guests must be respectful of other tenants/ guests in the building during your stay. High noise levels will disturb other tenants in the building, so you must make sure to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM - 8AM. This includes TV volume, music, and voice levels. Please remember that this is their home! If a guest receives a noise complaint (Either from the host or another tenant directly), but disregards the complaint and continues to disturb other tenants, there will be a $200 fine per disturbance.
⭐️All I ask is that you are respectful to the other guests and tenants and there will be no issues or fines!

▪️NO PARTIES - The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1000.

▪️NO SMOKING - Under no circumstances are you allowed to smoke in this apartment, which includes the common area of the apartment complex. There will be a $500 fine if anyone smokes in the apartment or apartment complex during a reservation.

▪️NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS - All guests staying in the apartment must be added to the reservation during your stay. If an outside guest is staying in the apartment during your stay, they will be asked to leave. An outside guest is anyone who is not included on your reservation for your stay. There will be a fine of $25 per outside guest in the apartment or apartment complex during your stay.

▪️NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Guests are not allowed to conduct any illegal activities in the apartment or in the apartment complex during their stay. If a guest violates this, they will be asked to leave with no refund.

▪️If a reservation is made by someone who lives locally in Pittsburgh, you will be subject to additional screening after booking is made and the reservation may be cancelled if guests do not pass the screening process. This may include asking for copy of photo ID from guests to keep on file. This is to help prevent parties, unauthorized guests, and smoking from occurring in our properties.

▪️ We reserve the right to request a copy of government-issued photo ID from any guest at any time prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure to help verify reservations, prevent unauthorized guests or parties, and protect our properties. Failure to provide ID when requested may result in cancellation.

▪️11AM CHECK-OUT - If a guest checks out late without permission, it can really mess up our cleaning schedules and impact future guests. Please reach out if you need a late check out and we`ll let you know if we can accommodate, we`ll always do our best if we`re able to.

▪️4PM CHECK-IN - If you need an earlier check in, feel free to ask! We`ll always do our best to accommodate, however, it`s subject to our cleaning schedules for the day and we can`t guarantee it.
