DETAILED FEATURES:

➀ 3,000sq ft three story, 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home with high end appliances, sauna, soaker tub, and more

➀ Check-in: Fully keyless entry with codes provided prior to check-in. Every guest gets a unique code via our automated locking system; no keys required, and it`s highly secure.

➀ Location: 1 block from Butler St. in the heart of upper Lawrenceville, with easy walking distance to some of the best bars & restaurants in Pittsburgh.

➀ Sleeps: 6 comfortably - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, one crib, and a couch option

➀ Sleeping comfort: Blackout shades are included in all bedrooms (note that the doors are not blackout, so two of the rooms are not fully dark).

➀ Mattresses: Purple brand mattress in the queen bedroom, and medium plus gel infused memory foam in both king rooms

➀ TVs: Smart TVs include 55` in living room, and 40` TVs in all bedrooms. Streaming TV including Netflix is included. For other services, login with your accounts via the Smart TV service.

By booking, Guest and all guests of Guest agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions, found here: https://www.hostwisestays.com/bookingagreement. We encourage our guests to read these carefully. We also require all guests to verify their identity via a valid ID + selfie, collected through our secure, third party software.

1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `child proofing` and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Pets are not permitted; any pet being `snuck` into the house will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome, but per ADA laws, they must never be left behind unattended. ESAs do not qualify as a Service animal and must be registered as a pet.

7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest`s arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout `messes.` While we don`t ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excess messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.

8. Guest understands that they are staying in a neighborhood. We expect Guests to respect our neighborhood and our neighbors` right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes. If Hosts receive a valid complaint from a neighbor, Guest will be notified. Failure to rectify the issue may result in cancellation of the stay.

We had a very nice stay at this property. We very much liked the location. For our needs it was great. Easy walk to coffee and pastries (La Gourmandine!) and some very cool stores to browse. Easy to get to highway or back roads to travel the town. This area is growing, and the neighborhood is renovating with new apartments and new storefronts. A location to come back to. There is noise from Stanton Street but manageable. Bedroom in the back on second floor was very quiet. Kitchen was adequately stocked to allow for cooking meals. Roomy dining room for sit-down dinner with the family. 3rd floor bathroom was great. Very nice shower and roomy with all new fixtures. Climate control system was very easy to use to optimize our comfort. The TVs were smart TVs so if you have streaming services, it was easy to get your shows. Street parking was not an issue for us. We were able to get a spot right in front of property every time day or night. All in all a nice stay.

Perfect spot

We needed a place central to all of plans and this spot was perfect. Clean, lots of products (loved the bamboo toilet paper), street parking. Excellent Chinese restaurant at bottom of the hill. Friendly neighbors. Definitely rent again.

Stop scrolling... this is a keeper

I'll make short. Great neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants and amenities that make a nice safe neighborhood nice and safe. Heavy pedestrian area, lots of activities but not disturbing or disruptive. Spacious home away from home. Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Accommodations nice. Laundry a plus. Street parking was not an issue. The host replied and quickly responded and resolved any issues. NO long list of chores and threatening fees when checking out (even with customary cleaning fees). We visit family in the area and we'll be back!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is great with a big dining table in the dining room. The third floor bedroom and bath with sauna is outstanding. Outstanding communication with the property manager. He checked in to make sure we had what we needed and I mentioned that it would be great to have another hair dryer and a few towels. They were delivered within 10 minutes!!

Perfect Stay!

This just might be the nicest VRBO property I have ever stayed in! Recently renovated top to bottom, the house had a cozy, clean, homey vibe the minute we walked in. Chad was communicative throughout the process, check in was easy (two thumbs up to a door keypad instead of a key -- so much easier!). We loved hanging out in the living room at the end of the day, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with pots & pans dishes etc, enjoyed the coffee bar every morning. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and although we did not end up using the sauna -- what a cool amenity! The location was excellent, short walk to everything in Lawrenceville, on the bus route to downtown, and ubers never took longer than 10 minutes to arrive. The neighborhood was safe and friendly and the cemetery across the street a perfect place for our morning walk. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!

Carnegie St House

The house was very clean, and upscale. The sauna was awesome and we loved being able to walk down to Butler Street. Very cool vibe in this area. Inkwell coffee and La Gourmandine French Bakery are our favorites!
