**BACKGROUND CHECK & GOVERNMENT ID REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN**

**NO SMOKING**
†Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the apartment, balcony, common areas, or building. A $500 fine applies for violations due to the intensive process of removing smoke and nicotine.
**PETS**
†Animal photo and vet records required. A $100 cleaning fee applies due to additional cleaning work. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be registered before check-in. Unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine.
**PET ETIQUETTE**
†Follow pet rules. Pets should potty outdoors or in designated community areas. Violations may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
**NO PARTIES**
†A $1000 surcharge applies to groups that deceive about the use of the unit. Be honest. Partying guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
**NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS**
†All guests must be registered for liability purposes. The first background check is free; additional checks are $18 per person. A $350 surcharge per undeclared guest per night applies for unapproved guests. Cleaners and inventory are scheduled based on the number of guests.
**SECURITY CAMERA**
†Do not remove or disable the security camera on the outer door frame. This is a requirement from building management. Violations will result in a $500 fine. The camera only monitors activity outside the unit.
**CHECK-OUT TIMES**
†Check-out times are firm unless confirmed 24 hours in advance. A $50/hour penalty applies for late check-outs past 11am due to cleaner schedules.
**GARBAGE**
†Dispose of garbage in sealed bags in the trash chute. Do not let garbage accumulate or dispose of it elsewhere in the building. Soiled trash cannot be recycled. Break down boxes and seal bags.
**LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS**
†Lock all windows and doors when not home and upon check-out.
**LIGHTS**
†Turn off lights when not in use. Ensure all lights are off at check-out.
**SHOES**
†Leave outdoor shoes by the front door. Do not wear them inside the unit.
**COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES**
†Respect the building's community rules and policies. Substantiated complaints may result in fines or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
**CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES**
†Rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and start the cycle if possible.
†Place all used towels and linens in the washing machine.
†Dispose of all waste before check-out.
†Log out of your accounts on the TV.
†Lock the doors and windows.
†Return the key and fob to the lockbox.
**KEYS & FOBS**
†Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee: $100 for keys, $150 for fobs, and $200 for the garage remote. Return keys and fobs to the lockbox upon check-out.
**RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY**
†Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Provide at least 48 hours' notice before check-out to avoid penalties.
†Requests 24-48 hours before check-out incur an additional 50% of the cleaning fee.
