This apartment is completely private with a direct entrance from the street. No shared spaces.



This building is located in a safe and walkable area, but it is still in a pretty densely populated urban environment. You may hear some ambient noise from our “store house”, which is the occasional foot steps from the floor above. Also the boxing gym opens their doors up occasionally you may hear them working out - typically this is later in the day and only during nice weather. The street can be quite busy during the day with buses, trucks and other large vehicles so you may hear some noise from this.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the very beginning of the South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh. It offers easy and walkable access to South Side, Station Square and Downtown Pittsburgh. This is a safe, walkable neighborhood but it is still urban location. So you will see the sights and sounds that go along with it. You may hear the noise of larger trucks buses and vehicles during normal working hours. Please keep that in mind.



Getting Around:

Parking is on street and first come first serve. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful
