The adjoining kitchen offers everything you need to cook with ease - stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and full cookware set. From here, step outside to your private patio for morning coffee or evening drinks under the red umbrella.

Also on the main level, you’ll find the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, rainfall showerhead, and plenty of storage for your essentials.

Second Floor
Upstairs are two tranquil bedrooms designed for rest and comfort.

The Green Room – King Sleep Number bed, large windows, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, 32” Smart TV.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only; PLEASE no butts on the ground. A minimum $3,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 14 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
4. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out, other than starting the dishwasher. However, we don`t expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
