The guest will have access to the main house. There is a separate unit in the basement that the owners occupy.
*There is signage limiting the kitchen use, this is only mandatory when guests rent out the rooms. If you book the entire home you have full access to the kitchen. No one else will be there.

We`ll contact you before you check-in as well as the night before check-out. If you have any questions during your stay, we`ll be available at any time!

East Liberty is a highly sought-after Pittsburgh neighborhood! So hop into the walking shoes and explore the area while stopping for refreshments at places like the St. Clair Social, Lorelei, and Muddy Waters. If you`re keen on our room names, try explore any of the parks Pittsdburgh has to offer: Frick Park, Riverview Park, Highland Park, Schenley Park, North Park, South Park, and Point State Park.

Free on-street parking. Walkable to Penn Avenue which is the HUB of East Liberty. Just a short drive and/or Uber to other neighborhoods in Pittsburgh.

House Rules:

No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
