If you are looking for accommodation close to everything, City center, shops, train station and all services, you have found the right place. Our apartment located in a strategic position on the ground floor of a two-family house allows you to experience the city and also relax enjoying an outdoor space where you can enjoy aperitifs, lunches or dinners in the open air. Pistoia is in an excellent position to visit the splendid Tuscany by car, bike, motorbike or any other means. After crossing the entrance shared with our main house, you will be in the apartment composed as follows: Eat-in kitchen equipped with all services, Large double bedroom complete with desk / work space for two people, Living room with TV corner and comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two adults, Bathroom with shower, Small laundry room complete with washing machine. There is also a private outdoor space equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas and deckchairs to enjoy a bit of relax after a day of tourism or work. During the summer period (May-September) we make a Jacuzzi available to guests. We live on the floor above and will be happy to give you, with maximum respect for your privacy, all the information you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Pistoia. Upon request, we can provide a garage connected to the house, for parking motorcycles or bicycles. Welcome bikers!! We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi, excellent for working remotely. Pistoia is a splendid town that is in an excellent position to visit all of Tuscany. You can easily reach Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, but in few hours by train you can also reach Rome, Venice or Milan. A few meters from the house you can find convenient and economical paid parking (2euro/day) where you can leave your car for any trips with public transport to reach other cities. ATTENTION: Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed.
