Welcome to Pismo Shores-Unit 104, a stylishly updated condo adorned with soothing beach decor. Nestled in the desirable Pismo Shores, this three-bedroom, three-bath gem boasts a light and airy ambiance, with breathtaking ocean views from the master ensuite. Recently renovated, this beach condo offers a luxurious coastal living experience.

Enjoy the community's amenities, including a heated pool, spa, and a clubhouse featuring a cozy living room, kitchen, and game room, all within a secure gated area with private beach access.

Ideal for family getaways or romantic retreats, this smoke-free, pet-free home features keyless entry and accommodates up to two vehicles. While there's no AC, the home exudes a naturally cool vibe. The main living area is on the 2nd level, with bedrooms on the 3rd, providing a pleasant separation of spaces. The master ensuite has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

The HOA heats the pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with the spa available year-round. Please note that the property owner cannot guarantee pool or spa operation during your stay.

NOTE: The Pismo Shores complex is currently undergoing an exterior painting project. During your stay, you may experience some noise on weekdays while the work is in progress. For the most up-to-date project schedule, contact Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals

Beautiful condo, ocean, pool and hot tub view. Nice and comfortable furnishings (it could use a couple more lamps) and very well stocked with supplies. Contact with the host was great, always swift.

This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use
broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls. But when you’re looking out at the waves that are just a stroll away, it didn’t seem to matter. We will definitely come again!

Most relaxing vacation spot!

Beautiful well maintained property. Very safe and so relaxing. I wood suggest a little TLC in regard to the sliding screen doors and garage door keypad wasn’t working but overall we would definitely come back.

Great Location

The property itself is in a great location and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Its steps to the beach, very convenient and walking distance to all the local downtown activities. The condo itself is clean and well stocked for kitchen needs but if you need a hair dryer - it was not supplied. The doorway jam for the master bedroom was pulling away from the frame so the door does not close properly, and the master bathroom had broken light fixture over the mirror. When you pay this kind of money, I would expect that these things would be taken care of before renting. We had a wonderful time but would not rent this unit again.

Incredible property, amazing staff

We had such a wonderful stay, we booked another immediately. The property management company was attentive and helpful, the property was 2 minutes from the beach, and the accompanying community facilities were so nice for a family with small children. We are coming back in May!

Huge gorgeous home

Beautiful home right in the center of downtown Pismo. We were surprised about hiw bug the house was, the pictures do not do it justice, it was more beautiful in person. The views are amazing and the house had everything we needed. We will be back

Location, location, location

This property was great! The location was fabulous. We never had to get in our car to travel and beach was amazing. Highlight was seeing whales from the balcony!
