Un garage pour deux voitures est accessible depuis le hall d’entrée, ainsi que la chambre lit queen au premier niveau et la salle de bain complète attenante.

Le deuxième niveau est un espace de vie spacieux et ouvert. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable, d'une télévision, d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes, d'une belle cuisine avec des appareils de qualité supérieure et d'un pratique demi-bain. Depuis le salon, de grandes portes coulissantes s’ouvrent sur un balcon avec barbecue à gaz et bistro. Le balcon donnant sur l'avenue Wadsworth offre une vue sur l'océan et le centre-ville.

Au troisième étage, la chambre principale vous invite à vous détendre avec un lit queen de luxe, une grande télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre à ce niveau dispose d'un lit queen et est à côté de la deuxième salle de bain complète et centre de blanchisserie. Du troisième niveau, sortez par l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au toit-terrasse.
La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et les vagues déferlantes.

Loved our mini vacation. Location is a block from beach access. House, bed, and rooms are clean and equipped with all necessities. Few cooking condiments and supplies.

Parking is secure, two cars fit in garage. Very close walk to beach and shops and Pismo's little downtown. Clean rooms. Only downfall, no key or pin paded front door entry. Must go in and out through garage doors.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Very clean, great location just a block before the beach. Beach towels, sand buckets & beach chairs ready to go. Nice safe community feel. We stayed 4 nights. We will be back!

Great family vacation stay

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Trip

We can’t say enough great things a out this place! Very, very clean, very nice kitchen with everything we could possibly need, great location to beach, restaurants, scenic places. We would highly recommend it and the pizza almost next door is great too.

Pismo Classic Family Golf Stay

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

The Beach House was in great shape and had what we needed for making our Thanksgiving meal. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the Athletic club. Also a short drive to the Pismo Preserve and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. We had a great time!

We loved the layout and it gave us plenty of personal space for 6 people. It is close to the beach and downtown area which was great. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was nice to have beach towels and toys to use at the beach.
