At the top of the stairs going down to the living room is the main Sonos sound system control panel, which allows you to play many different types of music and you can play something different in every room or the same throughout the property. The living room has a big sectional sofa that has 2 twin pullouts for additional sleeping (linens are provided), smart TV with Sonos sound system, fireplace, and nearly a full wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors with a view directly out to the beach, the Pismo Pier and the Pacific Ocean. The lower level of the oceanfront deck has a large sectional outdoor sofa with a natural gas firepit table (not suitable for outdoor cooking), and a propane BBQ.
