Maison au style épuré , se situe en pleine nature (en sous-bois) sur 3 parcelles offrant plus de 3000m2 en hauteur, face au village.
L'endroit bucolique surplombe le village côté Nord, vue sur la Forteresse de Mornas et le village et à l'Est, on est face au Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail et villages perchés comme Séguret, Le Crestet entre autres.
Dans la pièce principale, on trouvera un climatiseur et un poêle.

A l'intérieur, on trouvera deux salles de bains, deux WC, trois chambres pour que chacun puisse avoir son intimité. Un canapé convertible dans le salon permet de loger la 9 et 10ème personne, un lit pliant pour une 11ème, et, enfin, un lit bébé.

Les murs ont été fait à la chaux traditionnelle et de nombreux éléments, mobilier et autres sont des pièces uniques faites artisanalement.
La maison est située à trois minutes à pieds du centre du village (offrant toutes les commodités) sur les hauteurs de Piolenc. Cependant, vous vous retrouverez en pleine nature.

Discreetly fenced property.
Many hundred-year-old oaks provide protection from the summer sun.
On the upper part of the ground, in a discreet corner to cool off, is a pool of water (swimming pool: 4X8x1.30m) with lit bowling green for night games, a summer kitchen, two living rooms outdoor garden, gazebo, perfectly integrated into the landscape. This part can be closed/locked for child safety.

House with a refined style, is located in the middle of nature (in the undergrowth) on 3 plots offering more than 3000m2 in height, facing the village.
The bucolic place overlooks the village on the north side, view of the Fortress of Mornas and the village and to the east, we are facing Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail and hilltop villages like Séguret, Le Crestet among others.
The house is recent and meets BBC, RT 2012 standards, guaranteeing very good insulation.
In the main room, one will find an inverter air conditioner and a sealed green flame stove.

Inside, there are two bathrooms, two toilets, three bedrooms so that everyone can have their privacy. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate the 9th and 10th person, a folding bed for an 11th, and, finally, a cot.

The walls were made with traditional lime and many elements, furniture and others are unique pieces made by hand.
The house is located three minutes walk from the center of the village (with all amenities) on the heights of Piolenc. However, you will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Mit 4 Sternen klassifiziert, mitten in der Natur gelegen, in der Nähe des Dorfes, sehr waldreich, um die sehr sonnigen Tage voll auszunutzen und wo die natürliche Umgebung erhalten geblieben ist.

Der Swimmingpool mit Steinbecken fügt sich perfekt in das Anwesen ein.
Im Außenbereich gibt es eine Gas-Grillplatte und einen Holzkohlegrill + einen „Weber“-Grill + einen Elektrogrill.
Der Innenraum ist mit handgefertigten Möbeln individuell gestaltet.

Dezent eingezäuntes Grundstück.
Viele hundertjährige Eichen bieten Schutz vor der Sommersonne.
Im oberen Teil des Geländes, in einer diskreten Ecke zum Abkühlen, befindet sich ein Wasserbecken (Schwimmbecken: 4 x 8 x 1,30 m) mit beleuchtetem Bowlingfeld für Nachtspiele, eine Sommerküche, zwei Wohnzimmer im Freien, ein Garten und ein Pavillon in die Landschaft integriert. Dieser Teil kann zur Kindersicherung geschlossen/verriegelt werden.

Das Haus im raffinierten Stil liegt mitten in der Natur (im Unterholz) auf 3 Grundstücken mit mehr als 3000 m² Höhe und Blick auf das Dorf.
Der idyllische Ort überblickt das Dorf auf der Nordseite, mit Blick auf die Festung von Mornas und das Dorf, und im Osten blicken wir auf Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail und Bergdörfer wie Séguret, Le Crestet und andere.
Das Haus ist neu und entspricht den Standards BBC, RT 2012, was eine sehr gute Isolierung garantiert.
Im Hauptraum finden Sie eine Inverter-Klimaanlage und einen versiegelten Ofen mit grüner Flamme.

Im Inneren gibt es zwei Badezimmer, zwei Toiletten und drei Schlafzimmer, sodass jeder seine Privatsphäre genießen kann. Ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für die 9. und 10. Person, ein Klappbett für eine 11. und schließlich ein Kinderbett.

Die Wände wurden aus traditionellem Kalk gefertigt und viele Elemente, Möbel und andere sind handgefertigte Einzelstücke.
Das Haus liegt drei Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum (mit allen Annehmlichkeiten) auf den Höhen von Piolenc entfernt. Sie werden sich jedoch inmitten der Natur wiederfinden.
