Welcome to Woodland Retreat, a cozy one-bedroom loft cabin nestled in Pineville’s serene wilderness. Designed to comfortably host up to four guests, this rustic yet modern escape offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.

🛋️ Versatile living room: Unwind by the mini wood-burning stove, enjoy a movie on the smart TV, or fold out the comfortable sofa into a second bed for extra sleeping space.



🛁 Modern bathroom: Indulge in a luxurious rain shower or a relaxing soak in the clawfoot tub, blending rustic charm with a touch of elegance.



🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen: A compact yet functional kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have unrestricted access to the entire cabin, all amenities, and the two-acre woodland property. Use the smart lock for a seamless self check-in; your code will be sent 24 hours before arrival after you complete verification. There is plenty of free parking in the gravel driveway for your vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you’ll enjoy tranquil seclusion yet remain close to adventure. We’re minutes from Elk River floating access, the Back 40 Trailhead, Bella Vista lakes, and Downtown Bentonville’s dining scene.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is essential to explore the area. Four-wheel drive isn’t required but may be helpful during wet or winter conditions.



Other Things to Note:

🐣 Egg collection: You’re welcome to collect fresh eggs from our chicken coop each morning; production varies with the hens’ moods.

🐾 Pet policy: Up to two well‑behaved, house‑trained dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per pet; please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them.

🔥 Firewood: Please bring seasoned wood for the wood stove or fire pit if you desire to use those amenities.

🦤 Starter supplies: We stock basics like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and coffee to get you through the first few days; please replenish as needed.

💤 Sleeping arrangements: The loft has a queen bed and the living room couch folds into a second queen bed; the loft is reached by ladder—use care and supervise children.

📶 Wi‑Fi & downloads: High‑speed Wi‑Fi is available through Starlink.

🌳 Outdoor adventures & wildlife: The cabin sits in a peaceful wooded area; expect occasional wildlife and keep screen doors closed.

🕔 Check‑in/out: Check‑in is after 4 PM; check‑out is at 10 AM.

🏦 Parking: Ample free parking on‑site in the gravel driveway.
