Local requirements (quick & secure): Signed rental agreement + ID verification are required after booking. We use Happy Guest (secure website — no app and no account needed) and it also provides your guest portal with home info + our favorite local spots.

Security option (choose 1):

$1,000 security hold (a temporary pending authorization — not a traditional deposit), or

Optional non-refundable damage waiver via 3rd-party: $57 up to 10 nights + $6/day after 10 nights (optional)

Optional portal add-on: Late checkout $40 per hour (based on availability)

Dog policy (dogs only): $150 pet fee • up to 3 dogs • notify us in advance • no dogs on furniture/beds/carpets • leash outdoors • pick up waste (or $100 removal fee) • dogs only left alone if crated
