We fondly call this Pinehurst Lake condo the “Guesthouse” because it has been renovated to a high standard generally reserved for someone’s primary home and we would live there and have our family and friends live there when they visit Pinehurst.

Pinehurst golf and lake living…what could be finer? Pinehurst has many gems in its midst but Pinehurst Lake is one of the secret local favorites. While Pinehurst is known for its famous golf courses and historic Village, Pinehurst Lake has a life all its own. This local gem is just 2.5 miles from Pinehurst Village and Course #5 features the lake on several of its holes. The 200 acre lake is a spring fed peaceful retreat complete with Pinehurst member’s Beach Club on the far end of the lake. Bring your own fishing rods, paddle boards, or enjoy the two single kayaks provided for renters and enjoy an easy entry to the lake right from the bulkhead off the back patio. This is the perfect property to make your Pinehurst stay a bit longer and enjoy every attraction that Pinehurst has to offer (we've even included internet and printer to help make your stay one to easily squeeze in a bit of work if needed).

This two bedroom and two bathroom property was fully renovated in 2022 with updated bathrooms and kitchen, fresh paint, dimmable recessed lighting and gorgeous porcelain tile floors throughout all just waiting for your vacation memories...enjoying some of the very best views of the lake from your patio, your primary bedroom, living room, dining room and don't forget the kitchen views as well. Step off the back patio and The backyard has an ample grassy area that awaits to sit closer to the lake in the chairs or lay a blanket (one provided and hanging in bagdrop closet) down in the grass for a convenient lake picnic.

After a great day of some of the country’s best golf, wind down with the most gorgeous westward sunsets right from your own patio lit with party lights. Just a short walk along the lake, this condo also offers a Lakeview community pool open (May - September) to our renters (key fob will be provided).

Living room views are gorgeous…but, also include full length linen curtains should you like. The 65 inch flatscreen tv can be seen from the patio, living room, dining table, and kitchen in order to easily watch a movie or your favorite sporting event. All TVs provide basic cable and Golf Channel and are smart tvs in case you’d like to watch programming from your own apps. We've included a PS4 game station with two remotes and DVDs (they play from the PS4) should you like to watch a DVD movie.

Kitchen is stocked with a coffee station, your favorite Kcups and simple breakfast foods and snacks. Plates, serving dishes, cooking and baking pans, blender and toaster are all provided. Brand new appliances in 2022 and the fridge is stocked with waters and drinks to welcome you. Washer/dryer for your convenience.

Primary bedroom has a wall of mirrored double closets and a gorgeous view from the queen bed of the lake. Ample closet and dresser storage areas to accommodate enough of your belongings to move right in. Large 65 inch flatscreen tv is also provided in this bedroom should you want to take your eyes off the relaxing lake views.

Second bedroom has two new Seally twin xl beds and bamboo privacy blinds along with linen curtains and a 42 inch flatscreen tv. Linens and pillows for each bed provided.

Entry foyer provides a convenient shoe storage area and bagdrop for your clubs. Large basket of Pinehurst pinecones greet you at the front door. Please feel free to take one home with you (or a few) as a souvenir of your time here at our lake condo.
