The private indoor pool can be heated on request, and a hot tub nearby adds extra warmth for cool spring evenings. The game room features a pool table and a selection of games, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare a hearty breakfast or a family dinner. An indoor dining area provides a generous table for shared meals, while a free washer/dryer keeps linens fresh throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

Step onto the expansive deck to breathe in the crisp mountain breeze. The space is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or simply watching the clouds drift over the surrounding forest.



Neighborhood

Located in Sequoia Heights Resort, the cabin sits just one mile from the main parkway, placing you minutes from top attractions. The Hollywood Wax Museum is 2 mi away, Ripley’s Super Fun Park is 4 mi, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 10 mi, offering endless opportunities for adventure and sightseeing.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

Pigeon Forge, is like a scene out of a retro movie filled with adventure, entertainment and music. You’ll find the unfiltered Appalachian scenery and deep-seated Southern culture come together to give you an exciting mix of travel experiences.



The city calls upon hikers, bikers and campers with its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The mountains, locally known as ‘The Smokies’, are carved with over a thousand-kilometres of hiking trails, some of which lead to swimming holes that you can plunge into. You can also canoe down the Little Pigeon Forge River or spend a night under the stars at its sprawling campgrounds.



Entertainment comes in spades in this southeastern city of the United States and a testimony to that are its array of revues and dinner theatres. You can catch a live performance at the Grand Majestic Theater or the Country Tonite Theatre. For an evening of good-humoured chuckles in Pigeon Forge, head to the Comedy Barn or Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
