Wonderful Stay

This condo is perfectly located in Pigeon Forge and was easy to access. Everything was clean and the beds were great. There is a wonderful view off the balcony. Our stay was near the 4th of July and we watched a few fireworks displays. We were able to park near the elevator and they have carts available to help with bringing your things up to your room. The pool was clean and not crowded, We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Smokey Mountain Getaway

Overall, we were very happy with this property, my family enjoyed the space and loved the views. The refrigerator stopped cooling and we given a new unit for the remainder of our stay along with complimentary passes to a venue the kids loved. We had a great time and would gladly stay again given the opportunity!

This condo was dirty and needs updated. The refrigerator and freezer didnt work half the time. The outdoor pool was not open like the website listed. We did not receive any free tickets that was advertised as part of our stay. The bathrooms at the indoor pool were closed the wntire time. The location

Great location, Thoughtful perks

The condo was nice, spacious and clean (which is always my biggest concern/issue). We appreciated the convenience boxes with soap, sponges, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kitchen had enough dishes and cookware for all our needs. The condo is easily accessible (once you figure out it’s located behind the Dunkin’ Donuts, which was hard to do at night) and had a great location (super close to all the attractions). We certainly appreciated the benefit of the free attraction ticket and took advantage of it. There were a few things that we weren’t super fond of. Upon entry, we could tell the place hadn’t been used in a while because it smelled moldy like when we visit our house in FL for the first time in a few months. Since there were no fans or windows to open for circulation, we had to prop the balcony door open for fresh air. We also ran into small oddities, like the power button on the remote didn’t work but all the other buttons did. As clean as the place was, the bathroom rugs were either poorly cleaned or not a good material to have as it seemed to have captured lots of lint and things, making them look dirty. Since we are a family of 5, we needed to use the sofa bed which was in very poor shape. The mattress was lumpy and had a spring sticking out of the side. We looked around the premises for the onsite activities and were turned off by the look of the basketball court and volleyball area. All in all, with better circulation and no need to use the sofa bed, great choice.

Short and Quiet Stay

Simply Blessed provided a serene getaway for our family of three to spend during Christmas. The only thing which would have made the stay perfect was a ceiling fan or any fan. Other than that, we lacked for nothing. It was very quiet. Great location. Close to everything. We will rent it again.

Mountain getaway

Wonderful trip. Great condo. Amazing location. Would recommend. This condo is almost sitting on the main parkway toad where all attractions are. But nestled away in a wooded area so as in the mountains away from everything. So convenient.

Great Price But Needs Updates

The price of the condo was very comparable to a mid-level hotel, plus we got the added benefit of a whole lot more space. The condo was very clean; however, it is in need of some major updates. We have a family of five and one of the reasons we chose this condo was because it had two bedrooms plus a pull out sofa. Unfortunately, the bed in the pull out sofa was nothing but springs and could not be slept on. This forced us to put three people in our king size bed which was not ideal. We were really counting on one of our kids sleeping on the pull out sofa, which is why we booked that condo. That was very very disappointing. Also, the entry door to the condo barely closes and locks. Someone could easily kick the door open as the dead bolt does not appear to be very secure. We probably would have given five stars if these items were updated, but unfortunately they were not. Overall, safety and sleeping arrangements are two very important components that were missing.

Great location and views

Property was in a great location, clean and had fantastic views. Beds were comfy and appliances were modern. Pool area was a nice touch. Turning left onto Parkway was challenging but once you got the hang of using the lights to u-turn , that wasn’t an issue. Overall, we really liked our experience here and would stay again.

Condo was conveniently located amongst all activities. A couple recommendations of maintenance for the owner, toilet seat in the master bathroom needs to be repaired and the sofa bed needs to be replaced or updated very uncomfortable to sleep on other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

The Condo was not cleaned properly! Upon opening the door we were hit in the face with a strong marijuana smell coming from the room. There were gold fish crackers in the floor in front of the sofa. My son sleep on the pull out couch bed and was bitten several times by something. We did not see any bed bugs so we think it could have bed a spider. We had to call management for another pool band. We had a total of 6 people in our party. Make sure you bring anything you need for soap, paper products and condiments. The condo was cute over all. The cute decorations were a nice touch.
