This Non Smoking condo has a prime location located 1/2 mile off Pigeon Forge Parkway and all the attractions found there. 5 Minutes to Dollywood, bordering Gatlinburg Golf Course and just outside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Super clean, and well provisioned condo is a home away from home for 1-2 couples. You are invited in to a quiet setting with lots of amenities and a balcony to open a favorite bottle and listen to crickets chirping, and occasionally, golfers combing the rough for lost balls. In winter it’s the perfect place to surround yourself with quiet as a hush comes with the snow. It's a great place to leave your rat race behind and breath in the fresh Tennessee mountain air. The Gatlinburg golf course borders this property complex.

You will find a super clean, comfy, two bedrooms condo each with a king bed and a good night's sleep. Each has a full service bathroom and the master bath also opens to the living room with access to a bathroom without having to go through a private bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to whip up something delicious for your culinary needs. We will also supply a coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, bottled water and popcorn to get you started. Food City is a convenient few minutes away and can supply just about everything you would want in grocery without having to meet all the traffic on the parkway. But there is also Publix, Kroger and Super Walmart if those are your preference. It will just take more time to get there.

The living area has a large flat screen with oversized chair and couch. Cuddle up with a fireplace to relax in front of for movie nite or enjoy the balcony which is quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day hiking, golfing, trekking Dollywood or the many attractions on The Island or on the Parkway and find some quiet to soak up some well deserved time off.
If sticking close to the fort for a day or two, enjoy the family pool and jacuzzi hot tub. Open until 10:30 PM. The pool area is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and has a community bar area where you can sit with friends and bring your own beverage and please bring your own beach towels and don’t use bath towels. Alcoholic beverages and non alcoholic beverages are permitted in non glass or covered containers.
Golfers will love having a course so close it’s almost walkable. Gatlinburg golf course has been rated one of the most beautiful in the nation.
A picnic area below the complex has grills for BBQ’s and picnic tables to enjoy your favorite picnic specialties.
