Absolutely zero complaints, as usual. The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. The accommodations were perfect. In fact, the rainy weather all weekend kept us at “home” in the cozy condo by the fireplace longer than planned and we were not disappointed after receiving much-needed relaxation. We recommend you book today!

There is no comparison to the condo versus a motel room. Plus the fact that pricing is not much different. Next time you visit the Smokies you should give Cherokee Lodge a try. You will be glad you did.

The only thing we would change is adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms, as well as more overhead lighting in the kitchen/living area. It does get a little noisy when sleeping from cars on the roads but it’s not unbearable. Will definitely be back!

We were in the middle of everything. We heard no road noise. Updated great room furniture would have been nice. We spent 2 days in the rental because of rain and they weren’t real comfortable. We loved the rental, but I don’t think we would return to the area. There are way too many people.
