Enjoy the serenity of the forest while also experiencing many unique and modern amenities. This chalet is conveniently located in Pigeon Forge, 1 mile from the Parkway, 5 miles to Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville, 8 miles to Gatlinburg, and only 1 mile to Dollywood! Immerse yourself in a Smoky Mountain vibe while being central to all your favorite attractions. This contemporary 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths chalet is at the top of its game with many unique features including a private outdoor sanctuary situated among a canopy of trees with multiple swings and a peaceful view of the woods and nature. You will also find a large deck with a private hot tub oasis, rooftop covered for snowy or rainy nights. Enjoy an outdoor gas Weber grill and select seating. Indoors, you will feel light and bright with large open ceilings and strategically placed windows. The open, contemporary floor plan is sure to please with beautiful contrasting colors and inviting furniture. Feel at home with a plush sectional among a cozy gas fireplace, a full-service kitchen with an eat-in bar, and fine amenities such as a Keurig, snacks, and all the kitchen utensils, plateware, and cookware you need for an enjoyable stay. Kids and kids-at-heart will be fascinated with the many unique features including, the one-of-a-kind Net Loft Reading Nook perfect for relaxing, telling stories, or reading; the custom arcade featuring over 6,000 games such as Mario Kart, PacMan, Game Shows, and so much more; and a mountain-style tent playhouse equipped with plush toys. Smoky the Bear is also always ready to meet new kids and adults alike and remains by the tent to greet you. You will be pleased to find a king-sized bed in both the main level bedroom and the treehouse bedroom located atop the spiral staircase. You will also have the option of utilizing the queen sleeper sofa located within the sectional in the living room. We love families with small children and have you covered with two available pack-n-plays. Each mattress is equipped with cloud-like toppers for a relaxing and supportive sleep. The treehouse bedroom on the upper level has one full bath included and the downstairs bath is directly beside the bedroom and also available for communal use. Guests will have access to the entire house including the decks, hot tub, and outdoor seating area. A code will be provided to conveniently access the electronic lock to the front door. Two closets inside the house will be locked for storage and for our cleaner to utilize. These will be marked as not available for use. Additionally, the crawl space door will be locked and is off limits for guest access. We are always available for your needs. The quickest and easiest way to reach us is through the platform messaging app. The neighborhood is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN nestled in a woodsy area. You will travel a winding roadway to reach the top of the hill where the treehouse is located. There are several other treehouse cabins located in the resort that look similar in construction. The homes have winding paths and an overall charming vibe. This is a new construction development project and there are still some homes under construction. During business hours, you might see workers in the area doing work on the homes under construction. You will have a designated, easy access, and level parking area at the top of the hill directly in front of the unit. It will be easy getting around at the top of the neighborhood. You will have some stairs to go up to get to the front door of the cabin.
