Lovely and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Golf Vista Condos has views of both the Gatlinburg Golf Course and the Great Smoky Mountain peaks. Nestled right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, this conveniently located condo is right cross from the Gatlinburg Golf Course and less than a half a mile from the main parkway. Easily access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg within minutes. This condo is spacious and clean with an open floor plan. Large, open kitchen with tons of counter space and room to entertain. Bar area seats 3-4 guests, and table in dining area will seat up to 8.

Brand new bed in Master bedroom. New sleeper sofa couch and sleeper sofa chair are located in the living room area. The new sleeper sofa couch has an innovative memory foam mattress topper that is super plush and very comfortable! The master bedroom has it's own private jacuzzi tub and French doors that lead to the spacious balcony. This private balcony has awesome views for both day and night. During the day, view the majestic mountain peaks of the Smoky Mountains and the golf course. At night, see the city lights and the fireworks from Dollywood.

This pristine 2 bedroom/2 bath golf getaway is located in the Golf Vista community directly on the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Dollywood is just minutes away, and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private balcony!

Do not stay here! This has been a nightmare for me and my family. We tried staying here over Christmas week, and had to leave and find another place to stay after seeing how filthy the unit was. We contacted the host regarding everything and they were quick to respond and said they would refund us, so we thought

Condo was in a great location, easy to get to. It was also very spacious and clean. Pros definitely outweighed the cons, however some improvements would definitely be welcome.The kitchen had a nice variety of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It did not have any basic staples like salt & pepper, sugar & creamer for coffee or even coffee pods. Not a huge thing, but I guess we’ve gotten spoiled by other properties.Another thing that would have been nice were the sofa beds having pillows. There were not any extra pillows anywhere in the condo. We made due with rolling up blankets to be used. While we could have reached out to the property manager it was so late when it was realized. This condo is on the 4th floor with a nice balcony, but the elevator did go out during our stay. I did use the stairs (with a broken foot) and it was fixed by the time we returned later that evening.Very basic, but met most of our needs and like I said, pros outweighed the cons.

Very nice location, Unit is very well decorated and mostly clean. We had a few issues with our stay, sent 3 messages to property manager and never received a response. The keyless entry lock was very frustrating and was difficult to unlock. The garbage disposal was clogged and the guest bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower/tub area. Beds were very comfortable.

Condo was close to everything that we wanted to do. Very clean, we didn't cook anything while we were there, but kitchen looked well stocked if you want to. We were only there for a short time and we got take out from Pigeon Forge Deli two days w/left overs for dinner, we eat there when we visit every time, locally owned and operated w/friendly staff. Will stay there again for sure!

Our 2025 vacation

Condo was great and just as described. Very clean and very large space. Bed in master was very comfortable. Only suggestion i would have is it needs screen doors on balcony sliders. There was a great breeze but couldnt leave doors open because of bees and gnats. Ceiling fan in master very noisy and probably needs to be replaced soon. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

This location is close enough to the action, but far enough away that you can relax. This is an older property that was as advertised. We had a minor issue that was handled quickly by the host. Great value and a great location. We would stay here again.

Awesome location!

Just far enough outside the main area of pigeon forge but close enough that it is just a short drive. The condo had everything we needed as far as the kitchen so we could cook instead of going out. Plenty of towels and very clean! Awesome place to stay!

Perfect little get away

Property was very clean and well taken care of. It worked out perfectly for my wife, son, son’s girlfriend and I. Was convenient to town, entertainment, and restaurant. Even though we did not do any cooking the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and appliances were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving weekend

Overall the place is as presented in the pictures. The listing states new mattress in the master bedroom but I would beg to disagree. The king mattress was very uncomfortable from extended use. Also the road noise at night is extremely loud in the master bedroom. A white noise machine would be recommended. Otherwise it was in a great location.
