Let me start by saying I have stated hamptonninn all over the place and this was not the best one Iâve stayed at We drove for hours to get to the Hampton in our check in time was 3 when we got there our room was not ready and was told to come back in an hour or hour and a half and the clerk there was not very friendly we came back in just over an hour and checked in we came on a specific budget. So we got a room with a kitchenette. The 1nd night we were there we were going to cook dinner for the 6 of us and the stove top was not working. I called the front desk they said no one was there that could look at it so we had to get dinner out which cost over a hundred dollars that we had not planned for then I broke a class and asked if I could possible get a broom. I was told she didnât have no one to get me one. So I just do the best I could to get what I could up. We arrived on a Saturday not one time did they come in our room to tidy it up like get the trash or anything. They did leave towels the 3nd day outside our door. Finally our last full day there they came in to bring towels and get the trash and vacuum I was just so disappointed in the unfriendliness of the staff when I went to check out the clerk was on the phone and mouthed to me he would send an email I can assure you I wonât be back to this Hampton inn.
