Do we have to come to your office to pick up keys? No! Once you book & we run your final payment you'll receive all your check-in info! You will have everything you need to go straight to your unit!

Parking notes: Unassigned parking is available for 2 vehicles in the community garage. Overflow parking available for additional cars. No trailers allowed but let us know if you have one - we can help!

All in all everything about the condo was great. Unfortunately the walls/ceiling was really thin. Our upstairs neighbors were often able to be heard through their footsteps and seemingly any use of water was very noticeable.

We had a really nice stay at this property. Lots of space, great location, easy parking. The only thing that needs improving is some deep cleaning... There were dust bunnies in the closet and hair from prior guests in the bathroom drawers. We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spotless and had a great view of the mountains. The location was perfect; off the strip, but still convenient to everything. We also enjoyed hearing the Dollywood train whistle off in the distance.

Everything was exactly as described. The only thing I would have tried to plan better for was having to put all our trash in the car at the end of the stay, to take to the dumpster at beginning of property. It was quite heavy for that far of a walk. Additionally there was no hand soap anywhere in the bathrooms, or kitchen, and would have planned to bring that, had we known. But otherwise stay was great. A little noisy from the people above us, but I think that’s to be completely expected in Condo living. Would stay again!!
