Quaint, quiet condo with a view accompanied by the relaxing white noise of the river. Close to the action of Pigeon Forge without really having to see or hear it. Attentive host. Favorite place to stay!

We always try to get this condo because we've stayed at allot of places and this is by far our favorite. Everything has been clean and neat. Perfect location, private, away from busy street but yet in walking distance If you want to stroll the strip. Love the balcony over the flowing water. Probably our favorite part! Awesome place to stay!! Didn't wanna leave.

Perfect for our family

The three separate bedrooms with king sized beds in all, each with a bathroom was exactly what we needed. We were all able to stay together while still having our own private spaces instead of booking three hotel rooms. Location was great. Condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Wonderful location just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. In town but felt as if you were in the woods. Very Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay despite the weather condition. We were supposed to walk around Gatlinburg prior to checking in but because of the snow storm it was not possible. Kerri was so nice to let us check in earlier. The place was clean and relaxing. It felt like hoe.

Relaxation!

My aunts and me stayed here this past week and loved the condo! The location is perfect. Downtown Pigeon Forge is a street over but the condo is on the river. So you get the relaxation of feeling like you’re in a beautiful nature spot with all the excitement of downtown the next street over. We’ve already booked for Dec to see the Christmas lights. Super nice vaca spot!

Very nice place

Stayed 3/10-3/16. The place was very nice, and close to everything in town. Everything was communicated well. We had a toilet issue and right away we called and they sent someone over to fix it. Overall great experience and I would stay again.
