Cabin is a fully equipped 5bed/4bath with a Hottub, Washer Dryer, and all the modern amenities needed for an amazing vacation. We are Pet Friendly for most pet breeds!

Wifi/Internet
We have high-speed internet so this cabin is perfect for working from home/ zoom meetings, streaming movies and whatever else you may need. The Wifi speed is 5G and can reach up to 300 MBS download, however wifi speeds are subject to change. Connect up to 50 devices. You will have unlimited access to the Wifi throughout your stay. If Wifi is slow or goes down, please unplug the router (located in the main living area on the console by the lamps), and reconnect.

We are available via text/phone from 7am - 11pm 7 days per week. Check in will be a self check in with a Key inside a lockbox with the code provided 7 days before check in.

If there is an emergency that happens after these hours, please feel free to call us first (unless a medical emergency in which case dial 911) . If unable to contact us, you may need to call 911 or an emergency service depending on the situation (locksmith, EMS, etc.)

The Cove is a small community of 10 homes with a shared pool, jungle gym/playground, and grilling area. It's located next to Gatlinburg golf course and a 5-10 minute drive to Dollywood.

What is included with my booking?
-All Cotton Products including towels, sheets, bath mats, wash cloths, and hand towels.
-Starter Sets for Bathrooms including 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 2 mini shampoo/conditioner combos and 1 large bar soap per bathroom, hand soap
-Starter Sets for Other Household items including: approximately ~ 4 garbage bags, 4 laundry pods, Dish Soap/ Dish rag, 4 keurig coffee pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods.
*Please do bring your own extras of the above, or any other cooking/ conveniences you may use during your stay, including Charcoal, Kitchen Items (ziplocks, spices, etc) We DO TRY to supply Salt/Pepper/Oil but they sometimes run out or get removed, so please check upon arrival. If there is none, we can reimburse any items that are promised but not inside the cabin.**

Security
For your protection, we install 2 security cameras on the front and back porch to monitor the entry point of the cabin. These will ONLY record activity on the Exterior of the property and WILL NOT record any activity inside the hot tub or interior of the home.

We do monitor the camera to ensure the correct number of guests/ pets are entering the property and charge an extra fee for every unannounced person and pet.

Check in/ Access
The home does have a few steps to enter, and therefore we are currently Not able to accommodate guests who require ramp / flat entry. The key is located inside a lockbox and you will be provided the Code the day before your arrival.

Concierge
Throughout your stay, you will have 18/7 access to a dedicated concierge member who can answer questions, provide recommendations, or help in any other way make your stay extra special and convenient! We are dedicated to providing the utmost service and speedy communication. We can also try to help arrange additional services for an extra fee such as private chefs, dinner reservations, activities, or other amenities. Just ask!

Free and Convenient Parking
The Home comes with 3 Unassigned parking spaces in front of the home. There is ample parking throughout the development, but we can only guarantee 3 parking spaces. Please let us know if you will be bringing an RV, Trailer, or vehicle larger than standard Truck/ SUV size. We will see if we can accommodate but it does require extra preparation so please let us know!

Minimum Booking Age: 25 years old! Please let us know if you are at all unsure about your group's age.

*By Booking this reservation, you agree to abide by all House Rules, including No Drugs, Loud and Rowdy Parties or Events, No Violating any laws whatsoever including No Underage Drinking, No Smoking inside the cabin (that includes vaporizers). Smoking outside is permitted. No bringing unannounced Pets or Extra Guests. If our rules are violated, we reserve the right to charge $100/day for any extra guest, as well as a damage fee of a minimum of $1,000 plus the fee of any remediation for any Smoking or other damage to the cabin.

*Any check outs past 11am will incur a $100/ hour fee until 12pm noon and then the full next night will be charged but will not be considered a booking as we do often have incoming guests arriving the same day as your check out.

*Please make sure you put the accurate guest count on your reservation as do we do charge for larger groups.
*We have an extra guest fee after the 9th person for $30 per person per night

Animals/ Nature/ Bears
Please respect Nature by NOT littering. If we find trash outside the cabin, you may be charged an additional fee. DO NOT feed bears. You are in the middle of the mountains, and bears sometimes do like to wander around-- even in DOWNTOWN PIGEON FORGE!! Feeding bears can endanger you, and can make bears dependent on human scraps, in which case they may need to be 'put to sleep' or relocated. This is a huge problem in this area, so PLEASE DO NOT FEED BEARS! Do not leave trash or food outside.

**NEVER leave doors, windows, car doors unlocked. Bears know how to enter, and will do a lot of damage if they get inside vehicles or homes.***


Pests/ Critters/ Friendly Bugs
You are in the mountains! Bugs do sometimes sneak their way inside the cabin, especially lady bugs and stink bugs (mostly during the Fall time to escape the winter temperatures). We do our very best to get rid of all of these critters, but occasionally they hide, or enter after our cleaner has left. We do have monthly pest control service, but ask you to understand if the odd bug does present itself, we cannot provide refunds.

COLLABORATION
We will do Whatever it takes to make your stay amazing, but do ask you to show up with a collaborative spirit and work together with us instead of getting angry or upset if something isn't perfect. This applies to cleanliness, supplies, functioning of hottub/ appliances, etc. Please let us know if something is not up to a 5-star standard and we will do whatever it takes to make it right!

Power/ Wifi/ Utility Outages and Disruptions
We do lose power in the Smokies due to harsh weather or fluke occurrences. You may also experience outages in Wifi, Water, or other important services. Normally, these come back on within a few hours. We are not able to provide refunds for these types of occurrences which are out of our control.

Travel Protection Insurance
We do recommend all guests purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance in the rare event of an outage that affects your stay OR if you might need to cancel for any reason at all to receive your money back! We may offer "Vacation Guarantee" packages so inquire if you are interested in purchasing additional coverage.

Inclement Weather/ Snow
Please be prepared for the winter with 4WD / AWD in case of snow or ice making entry difficult. The Cove is in downtown Pigeon Forge and thus very accessible even during storms, but please be prepared as we do not provide refunds of any kind for weather-related events.


Want to bring your fur baby along with you? Go ahead, as we can allow them with a nominal fee. Pet fees will be added after disclosing the information about your furry companion.

While we do permit pets in the cabin, we kindly request that you notify us prior to booking, as each pet request is subject to approval and pet fee. Please be aware that we do not accept pets that shed excessively, as this can pose challenges for our cleaning staff during turnovers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

There are lots of bears running around the cabins so lock your cars and do not leave any food inside. If you're lucky enough to experience a bear sighting, feel free to take pictures, but DO NOT attempt to pet them. These are still wild animals.


The house is near the road, so you may hear some traffic.
