Bright & Roomy Cottage Close to Parkway, 5 STAR Cleanliness, No Contact Check-In

Our Cottage at Riverpointe is located in a quiet, and cozy neighborhood just a mile from the Parkway. You enter to a spacious and open Living/Dining Space and Kitchen. Living room is equipped with a TV and Roku player, gas fireplace to be used during winter months, and plenty of seating for the family.

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for basic cooking on your stay, including a Microwave and toaster. A Keurig has been provided and a start-up supply of K-Cups, sugar, and creamer will be waiting for you. The double door fridge provides plenty of space for drinks and food, as well as holding all those delicious left-overs you'll be bringing with you after a meal in one of Pigeon's Forge's fabulous restaurants. 2 Kitchen trash bags are provided, but you are welcome to bring extras if you think you will need them.

The Master Bedroom and Bathroom is off the kitchen. Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and an oversized walk-in closet with plenty of shelves to hang your clothing. Linens are provided, and no need to strip beds when you leave! Master Bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Towels, soap, and start-up rolls of toilet paper are provided. There is a hairdryer under the sink.

The Secondary Bedroom and Bathroom are off the living room. Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. Linens are provided for both. You can access the secondary bathroom from the bedroom or the hallway. Secondary bathroom is stocked in same way as Master. There is also a hairdryer for this bathroom as well.

Laundry Closet is located in hallway. We have provided 2-3 laundry pods in case you need to do a load on your stay. You may want to bring extras just in case.

The back deck can be accessed from the kitchen. There is a seating area to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

If you would like to enjoy the rest of the neighborhood you can turn left out of the house and follow the road around to the spacious picnic pavilion. There is also a walking trail that runs along the river if you would like to enjoy the local scenery. Our Cottage is incredibly convenient to the Parkway. You are just a little over a mile away. The closest attractions are The Titanic Museum, Hatfield and McCoys, and the Christmas Shop, and Wonderworks.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy and out at a light onto the parkway. It was close to all the things to visit in pigeon forge. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms with bathrooms. If I go back I would stay here again. The host was a available with all the details and answered all the questions I had very promptly.

Cute, Clean Home—Great Central Location

Property is very clean, neat, and organized. The neighborhood is centrally located in Pigeon Forge. Quick drive to Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountains, or Wears Valley. Host was very responsive and accommodating. This rental was exactly what I needed for my week in the mountains!

Not the best for comfort or cleanliness

Beds were hard, oven had leftover food in there that appeared to be there for awhile, laundry didn’t dry properly. You can definitely tell the owners don’t use the property themselves, just a rental and it shows. Have stayed in a lot nicer places.

Best place I've stayed

I have stayed in many places in and around Pigeon forge/Gatlinburg and this by far the best. It's super convenient to town. I have also never stayed in a cleaner place it felt like home. Also our hosts were amazing. Even before we got there they let us know multiple way to get in touch in case of any issues, which there were none. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Super cute home. Close to the main area of Pigeon Forge but far enough to get away. Clean and comfortable. Great location. We had 5 people ( 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of space. Would recommend.

Fantastic Home

Communication with the owner was great! When we opened the door to this fantastic rental, we knew we made the right decision to stay here. Very CLEAN, Very ROOMY, love the open floorplan! Had a great stay at the condo. Perfect for 4 senior citiziens. coordination with owners was great, clear, precise, assisstance if needed, press of the phone. Good location. If planning to be in Pigeon Forge area in the Spring or Fall, when Car show is going on. Extra 100,000 people from normal tourists in Mid Sept. Plan on wall to wall traffic, day and night, limited parking, Busy restaurants. Learn back roads to be able to get around. We enjoyed looking at neat cars, trucks, bikes, Older to newer models,walking the sides of Parkway, talking with owners, if wanting to buy, bring your money. Enjoyed trip up Smoky Mountains. Good weather, except shower on Sat. afternoon,evening. Good eating places,mmmm.

Great location

The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The location was very safe, quiet and close to the parkway with all of the attractions. We loved walking down to the community pavilion and taking the trail to the river.
