The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in a new development, The Forge Cabins and Cottages, in the center of downtown Pigeon Forge. The community is known for its outstanding design, walkability, and proximity to all local attractions. You're seconds from the Parkway, minutes from Dollywood, and close to multiple National Park entrances.



Getting Around:

This cabin is right off the Parkway on flat, paved city roads—easy to reach without 4x4 in most conditions. One paved parking spot is available at the cabin. While we recommend 4x4 drive for travel in the mountains or in winter weather, the location itself is exceptionally accessible.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum

• The cabin features parking for 1 vehicle maximum

• Located on flat, paved roads in downtown Pigeon Forge

• We recommend a 4x4 drive for mountain areas or during inclement weather

• Electric fireplace is seasonal and operates approximately from October–March

• Keurig and regular drip coffee maker – bring your own coffee

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
